Bad face. Shape of the helmet is wrong at the front. Look at it from the side. It points outward too much. also seems to be resting too high on his face. i can see his nose.

Comparing it to the screen cap, the chin is completely wrong and the helmet portion is straight when it should be resting on a slant. Ugh.

That doesn't change that I think they did a crap job on his face. If that's their sales prototype, then they don't have my sale.

Helmet could use a bit of a redesign, but the actual mouth area of the face looks very much like Peter Weller.
And it's the original RoboCop, without the blue hues of the sequel, which rocks!
I don't see how you can confuse this with a statue, though, as it's pretty obvious his arms will be poseable -- perhaps both at the shoulder and at the elbow, which would also rock.
And his right hip looks suspiciously openable, judging by the QVTR...
