I can't see Jyn being killed in a 'you see her physically dying' way. If she does die, it'll be in a 'her ship exploded or flew into something to sacrifice herself' special effects way, meaning Jones herself was at home when they conjured it on a pc.

So, since early word seems positive, I wonder if any Freaks are going to start back peddling on their negative opinion.

Personally, I'm getting very excited. The robot, K-2SO was the part of the film I was most interested in, and it sounds like he steals the show. I think this being apart from the series will be refreshing.
