To be fair all he told the British press was that the Rebels are successful in getting the plans in the end of the film. Lucasfilm just used that as excuse to have him taken off set.

Yep, the new ad looked pretty good. I'm excited to see the trailer Thursday and I'm assuming it was the one they showed at SW Celebration.

As much as i'm happy about Smits having a cameo I think bringing back O'Reilly too was deserving after GL cut her from ROTS and removed what would've enhanced her narrative in ROTJ. To me they've gotten it near perfect now on the Rebels side, you've gotten the political leadership and if Dodonna returns, the military leader.

Dodonna appears to be back. He's in the background of some of the Rogue One shots that focus on Mon Mothma.

Without a serious looking guy folding his arms in the background, it just doesn't work. So I'm glad they're accounting for this deficiency.

SW franchise started failing the second GL created the Ewoks.

TFA was only a slight course correction.

Maybe.... i liked it but see Disney ruining it to keep it in line with Marvel movies- generic stuff from here on out...I think original RO may be better than we think but reshoots probably ruined it
