His hair in Ep1 suffered the same fate too VDG - watch it change consistently through out the film

Yes, true! I just remember the EpII scenes more vividly, that's all.

Ewan in TPM was the biggest offender IMO. One scene he looks like a kick-ass young jedi with a slightly punky hair crop, the next he was fat faced, with a stuck on wig.

It was one of the things I detested about the movie.

Yeah I know, but for some reason I always remember that elevator scene with him & Hayden at the start of AOTC above anything else.

Carpet hair & a glue on beard.

It always amazed me that they spent so much money and time on the VFX but then stuck a halloween pirate beard on him for the opening of the movie.

The wonders of Uncle George will never cease to amaze me. Plus I forgot to mention, the video game background & environment in that scene too.

Anyway wasn't the whole hair thing in AOTC Lucas' attempt to distract the audience from the **** dialogue and wooden acting?

I like TFA a lot.. From a certain point of view. But I also clearly acknowledge what it is ( a commercial greatest hits). I can't argue with anyone who hates it.
i thought Cameron's comments recently were right on point. And it's nice to see George getting a bit of love, he ****ed up but he is still a creative genius in his own crazy little world.

When was this? I'd like to see/read that.

EDIT: Never mind, found it. And yes, Cameron's right. But not only visually and stylistically, Lucas' movies all take more chances and push the stories in new directions.

Having said that, I'm still looking forward to this and the rest of the New Star Wars.

I wish we had more prequel cross overs going on.
This is a good start. Prehaps more are on the way with the news of a possible 3D prequel set
beibg released for Christmas.

Yup, can't blame him or any of the other great actors in the PT for the crappy material they were given.

Although from what i've been reading Will Smith was more successfull than those good PT actors in elevating crappy Suicide Squad into a watchable movie.

Sometimes a good actor is the last ingredient needed to save a movie, but there was no saving the PT.

As much as i'm happy about Smits having a cameo I think bringing back O'Reilly too was deserving after GL cut her from ROTS and removed what would've enhanced her narrative in ROTJ. To me they've gotten it near perfect now on the Rebels side, you've gotten the political leadership and if Dodonna returns, the military leader.
