actually it was sold out before that. i know because i was going to order it. but then a day or two later it was available again. now, sold out again.

This will not be available much longer IMO. To good of an all around figure and price point to hang around. Cotswald has it for $20 less than BBTS and it's still showing available for PO.

The waitlist is even now closed at Cotswald for this figure. Looks like it is scheduled to ship in October. If I remember correctly, I though it was originally scheduled for August.

Yeah says October via the place i ordered mine. Plus the ACI guy said it got rescheduled for later via the OSW board.

Best place to check would be OSW, where ACI has a presence - last time I checked nothing had been said about it either way.

Sadly I think this is PO sold out everywhere. It came to $160 shipped for me. If you have the coin then Iminime are going to bring out a Maximus figure in the not-too-distant future. It'll be pricey, maybe around $380-400, but very likely a great piece.
