No, seriously, that's exactly what I've been thinking all day. If I was a retired DBZ fan and someone showed me the images and said they were just some anonymous photoshop edits I'd completely believe it. It's Goku but it just doesn't look like him for some reason. I mean...blue? Sure, it looks cool, but blue? Last time I checked yellow and magenta red don't result in a blue color when mixed. that said, orange would make no sense, but still...a brighter magenta (or the god form itself) would've been so much better. I don't get the ice blue, but a part of me does like it. If anything, it resulted in an interesting figure.

One other thing that's been slightly bothering me (yet exciting me as it presents some interesting custom possibilities)...doesn't his gi look awfully red? Almost as if it were made to match Krillin. I'm pleased with this solely because I wanted at least one gi that looked slightly red and it definitely looks like they will be using the same red plastic used on Krillin, but why did this gi that looks distinctly orange in nearly every image have to be red? Also...have to disagree with the SS2 suggestions, the hair is definitely sharper and infinitely superior to the SS Goku hair sculpt but the bangs are still present. If nothing else this could serve as a good SS head replacement with the right repaint.

#2: This can also be used to make a custom GT Goku.

#3: I find this funny because this new SSG: SSJ hair mold we got is Goku's mastered Super Saiyan hairstyle that is shown from the Cell Games and forward while the previous SSJ Goku we all own has the Namek - Android style unmastered Super Saiyan hairstyle.

I'm definitely getting multiples for some customs. I know it's greedy but It's worth it!

...Wow. Those are ****ing amazing looking. Those colors are insane but they work so ****ing well! Never thought I would be this excited for these figures. Glad to be proven wrong.

Isn't this a smirk face? It doesn't have the stern look that the other face has.

Edited: Are these official Tamashii photos? If so, I'm surprised they put a normal Goku head on the figure in them. Unless they're including it, I feel that may be slightly misleading.

GOKU'S HAIR SCULPT LOOKS ****ING AMAZING! The hair color is so freaking crazy looking it works for me. Light years better than the ****** looking Super Saiyan God transformation.

I have a feeling they're going to glue the belt down. Otherwise it may be a hassle of fixing it every time you pose him differently.

Frieza looks SO MUCH like Frieza. Better sculpting, maybe?

What do you mean "duh"? It isn't like he has a red gi in the movie. As I said...the gi has a distinct orange appearance in every pic/video that's been shown.

I like the red look a lot better on the figure but it doesn't seem to match up with the movie... (Please don't change it, Tamshii! )
