Give me that version and an imperfect cell and i'm customizing the most badass display ever.

About Yamcha, the only reason why im sorta worried about the way his character is being handled is because other supporting z fighters is going to be just like him, useless. They gotta give him a bone to redeem himself.Yajirobe did. He faced a difficult task in facing his fears against an overly stronger opponent and cut Vegetas tail off. Like tien held off cell. I really dont care if yamcha can win a fight nor become the greatest fighter. He holds no memorable moment when tbe team needed him and he was able to deliver. His moments is unfortunately getting killed by a minion and than getting a hole punched throw him. I hope he can do such a thing in dragon super and pull off that kick ass move, like that up graded wolf fist i keep talk about.

Very good point. I think that's what really gets to the core of Yamcha being Yamcha. He's never done something useful for the team. I feel it's too late for him to do something at this point since his character is just ruined to the point of no return. DB Super is NOT gonna do anything for the minor characters I feel. I've said this before but unless you're at a godly level, you're essentially useless at this point in the series. Shame, really.

If they do make an Tien I want it to be this one!!!

i prefer this in first place.. but yes, if that tenshinhan release i also may buy him

You talking about the Vampire Strikes Back Gohan? Glad I've got my two SDCC versions, always hated the manga figures. Piccolo's colors are terrible and this Gohan is just...well you know. Manga Goku is decent except for the "just woke up" eyes and lack of shading in the hair. The anime versions of every figure completely destroy the manga ones imho.

That scene was epic, even though it did nothing to Cell. At least he gave it his all and that's why Tien is the most badass of the humans. Krillin comes second since he's useful at times and funny when he wants to be and he's got a hot wife. Yamcha is just weak, useless, and forever alone :lol
Lmao.. is that the unofficial name thats been givven to him? He is quite pale and because of this im buying a spare to recolor that lifeless skin tone.
If they ever release Yamcha, I want to be able to pose him in this scene, even though there's a statue coming out specifically for that purpose :rotfl

Sorry to Yamcha lovers, but it's just so much fun to pick on the poor guy. It just doesn't get old.
It doesnt get old but i wasnt informed that he's getting a statue. Is it from figuarts or some other company? Wow that speaks alot about yamcha, he doesnt deserve a toy and than they place him in the fetal position in the form of a statue. That says alot
To yamcha fans: ignore this if you can't stand harsh opinions.
Uh... What story in Z? He dies, makes comments and transports people. And then dies again. Way back in dragonball... yamcha was already a ****ing loser, quite literally. Beyond the very first saga of DB, he's done absolutely nothing useful and won not a single relevant battle without help. He was the first real enemy goku encountered and Yamcha should've been ditched ever since bulma broke up with him in DB. Tien and Krillin, they're the ones worthy of Roshi's training. Yamcha's a desert bandit punk who had nothing to do with his life so he just tagged along. And he's done nothing useful in terms of fighting since. Goku defeates Yamcha in early DB and after that he's not been able to touch any one. Krillin and Tien are real die hards, and krillin deserved his large role in DBZ as Goku's best friend. Tien was the third strongest of DB after piccolo and goku. Tien would edge out krillin, he's too diehard, krillin is a smart fighter, but if you've seen the db tien vs goku fight you know Tien is a ****ING DIE HARD. In fact, he was in a way the true MMA rival of Goku as he was mentored at first by Roshi's evil adversary. But as we all know Tien switched allegiances because he wasn't truly as evil as his mentor demanded of him. Also, not that I knew originally, but Tien's attack to stop cell is from dragonball, and goku's move to power up a kamehameha and then move and fire it from a different angle (in the cell games) is something krillin originally came up with in DB. Tien and Krillin are great fighters and have proven their battle worth in even both series. Yamcha is a loser, he can shove his wolf fang fist up his ass. He's completely irrelevant if it comes to battles. He should've given up fighting after the first few DB sagas, he's an irrelevant character and when Bulma said she broke up with him after kid Goku comes back to the city to visit Bulma in early DB, we should've never heard from him again.

He's a simple case of a writer having issues letting go of characters, when he should've in this case.
Ouch. You use that loser word so damn well, xD

Got my Vegettos finally.

Nice collection you have there. Planning on getting Gohan? I notice you have d arts charizard. Im just hoping he will get a re release like wargrey. 300 Bucks for him is just simply crazy

Prefer a completely shirtless Tien tbh. He just makes it work. But the white shirt or the full green is fine too. Anything from up to and with cell games really.

wasnt it said that it'll be more comical than dbz? I canr find the source to that. Super might suprize us all and focus on goku adventuring like the dragon ball days. Less world catastrophic events. I can see vegeta not being in it that much if that happens. Making an appearance every now and then like shadow the hedgehog. My thoughts really.

oh no, that is a good look and all but that shirt needs to be off to show his sculpted arms that he bulked up for to show off lol.

After what Beerus said, that there are 11 other universes with Gods more powerful than him, there's no way DBSuper is just gonna be Goku looking for dragon balls. They set that plot point up for a reason.

Which Gohan? The Ultimate Version? I'm getting every figure they ever produce.

So you're taking this ride with me too eh? I thought I was the only one. There's no turning back now.

Sorry. I don't know how to activate spoilers on tapatalk.
The recent points about Yamcha are completely relevant issues. My main point about Vegeta barely being relevant is that he's STILL just been a stalling character. Through and through. Even though he should definitely be killing villains left and right. We KNOW he deserves more chances to shine. And the main problem with that, is that we only get one threat at a time. No powerful team. No second, third, fourth in command. None of this has happened since the Namek Saga. Which is why it was SO amazing. Everyone had something to do in way. But it was still just stalling. And he was still technically a villain back then.
But this all gets back to my main issue with the series as a whole. I love these characters and I like the villains for the most part. But the scenarios Toriyama writes doesn't give anybody a chance to do anything. RoF could do things right. But we know it won't. Frieza's army could attempt to subjugate Earth by spreading out all over the world, forcing the z-fighters to split up to save as many lives as possible by facing down the generals and their battalions. This would give EVERYONE a shot at being useful. But Frieza is going to bring the entire remainder of his army and attack the Z-Team all at once in that canyon we see in the trailer.
I blame the decline of usefulness of the characters on the scenarios and the fact that the only way to stay relevant to the story is to be a saiyan. And I blame THAT on Toriyama's writing. Even the mighty Piccolo is useless to the plot now. Oh sorry. I might be wrong about that. He's got another saiyan to raise. Lol

Dont have to be about the search for dragon balls. That story has been told. Though finding a dragon ball every now and then as a side story(filler episodes) to show some humor will be nice. It doesnt have to be all about the gods. A fine balance of fun and serious moments will be nice, like battle of gods. Love the fun that was introduce in the movie. Whis and beerus is great. After all this time of not animating dragon ball z he creates those two that showed humor and than can be not taken lightly. The creator enjoys humor and awkward situations. I just dont want another cell saga type of a thing and zero laughs is to be seen.

What I want from DB Super is more along the lines of Namek and Buu Saga combined. It's got it's funny moments along with serious story telling. It also involves more of the cast than just Goku, Vegeta and the Saiyans. Piccolo still has the possibility of being useful since he's technically a god (albeit a weak one). I'm sure Toriyama can figure something out about the Namekian race and give Piccolo a ridiculous power boost. As for the humans, I don't see them becoming useful anymore. I really wouldn't know how he could write something plausible enough to boost their power. The Saiyans should still be in the limelight since they're undoubtedly the coolest and most popular characters but the other guys need a little lovin too.

Same thing they did in the Namek Saga. The Great Elder brought out Krillin & Gohan's latent power just by touching them. A similar technique can be used by a God in DBSuper & there ya go

Exactly, that really goes to the heart of it and you do have to admit the cell saga didn't entirely lose that premise regarding multiple androids, we got some great stuff for non-goku chars out of that. I also personally don't agree it's just stalling, to me the tension of drawn out battles is part of what makes the climax so satisfying (like certain sports) and stalling is also a real world thing, it can be a part of battle. Filler material EXCLUDED, it's called filler material for a reasonlol.
But in the buu saga like (I've said this before I know) but like they ruined such a great opportunity in the way they made dabura and babidi quickly useless and it just became one villain. It also went berserk going from one milestone of ssj2, which was built up grade through stages inbetween 1 and 2, to a saga where suddenly Goku can go to 3, Gotenks goes to 3 in one training session, Gohan goes ballistic in a new way and we have vegito who's a whole nother type of crazy, and most of it was 1 irrelevant against an enemy that absorbs and regenerates and 2 completely made irrelevant now that they've set the new bar at gssj.

Ultimately we can discuss what could happen as fans which is fun, but it's clear that from a writing pov mainly everything after cell went down the drain in terms of writing and Toriyama is now pretty much reshuffling and pulling it straight but thus far the end result has only been a stage for goku and vegeta. Which is just sour grapes for all the awesome levels achieved in the buu era. Nevertheless Toriyama needs to do two things: choose which characters he wants to remain relevant as fighters and let them remain relevant or give them an honourable goodbye. And secondly expand it to a level where it's not 1 power level that matters. As crisis sort of said the lore hinted at in BoG is a GREAT door waiting to be kicked in. If Beerus uses agents such as frieza, than other gods could do so too, which means we could see foes of any strength level. He could really make the whole team relevant again.

Oh and Ergo, if you use square brackets [] and put them before the text with a command in it, and the same at the end but with an added /, you can alter ****. Commands are video, img (image), spoiler, resize=(x) (just resize at the end of the text). URLS are now done automatically. There's plenty of other stuff, it's very easy.:) If you don't know then just quote someone and you can see how they did it through the raw text.

such as here

I think for me at least, I really do need the supporting cast to start actually supporting the saiyans if I'm still going to call it amazing. I'll still follow it and watch the series but, it won't be with the same fervent need that I had for it in days past, or more modern anime.
I'm excited by the idea that Piccolo is technically a kind of god. Yay!!! But I still feel this extreme hopelessness for the humans.

The power gap between even SSJ3 and the humans is enormous enough. The power gap between SSJ3 and a god is even more ridiculous, so much so that a god only needs one finger to knock it out. Now take the gap between the human and a god and it becomes unfathomable. Even with a "potential unlocking" sort of thing, it STILL wouldn't plausibly be enough to close that gap or even get close to being on par with it. THAT'S how ridiculous god power is over what we've normally seen. It's just too damn OP.

I'm sure if Toriyama decides to make the humans relevant again, he'll find some crazy way to do it and we'll just swallow it like we always do. I've learned to accept things like this for Dragon Ball. It doesn't always have to make sense, we just gotta accept it sometimes.

Frieza has never and will never be a agent on Beerus, I don't know where you got that from. Beerus is just some one who Frieza was told by his father to never lay a finger on. His father also told him to not mess with Majin buu (if you read the 3 chapters that were released for RoF you'd know what I'm talking about).

Also piccolo is technically a god (because he fused with kame) but kame wasn't that strong to begin with, just because he was "God". Sheit denda's God now and isn't even as strong as Roshi.

Another point is piccolo isn't a god. God is the person, alien, or whoever watches over earth is. And kame doesn't watch over the earth anymore. So you can't really call piccolo a god. If he had become a god back during the cell saga he could've beat buu, the androids and cell. So don't get your hopes up on that.

@Prod I agree, but they also shouldn't try to make human characters be able to fight Gods. Unless they're called Batman. They need to make them relevant by the fact that no matter how powerful goku and vegeta come, in most regards they can't be everywhere at once. Toriyama needs to diversify his storytelling. However I fear if he will.

@Ergo I don't expect it'll ever be as awesome as ep 1 of DBZ up to the cell games as originally aired in english for me. But as bonus material I'm just gonna appreciate whatever I like.

@Shonen I just meant that Beerus used Frieza and was planning on destroying him for not doing what he wanted. Frieza acted by the grace of Beerus letting him live for as long as he did. Okay frieza's unknowing of it (it seems). Maybe the word agent then is the wrong term.

Beerus never used Frieza. Dude where are you getting this from because it's wrong
