By American, I really mean places like Amazon not specialty stores like BBTS. It doesn't seem like Amazon is carrying the reissue Son Gohan for example.

Also, those advance colors are kind of terrible. I hope that's not how they will look in the end. Something about the paint looks really shiny and custom like. The hair almost looks gold than the matted yellow that I'd prefer.

On ssj Vegeta the blue body is okay, th problem is the hair, that is too much yellow (shiny). The same for Trunks.

Definitely not ebay prices, buty unfortunately still above retail...

At this stage it's all but confirmed they will look exactly like that.

Amazon isnt the only place to those but ok .

I have an idea about why the advanced color repaints look so shiny; its to match them up with the aura effects. I for one like the "metallic" hair, the UFS figures have always been my favourite old line because of their hair.

I agree with Cardinal in the sense that the "finish" on the advanced versions of Trunks and Vegeta is extremely off-putting regardless of the color. They look like they're drenched in pro wrestler grease.

Hoping that the "advanced colors" don't become a regular thing outside of these mold re-releases because I'm really not digging. Will buy, but not digging.

I'm fairly sure it's just prototype pics...remember the final versions of these figures are never the same. Even the accessories vary like that kamehaha effect Son Goku had.

Piccolo, Gohan, and Goku were the only 'regular' releases, all the ones after we're 'web exclusive' hence the new advanced repaint line.

Thing is at least for Vegeta and Goku, they provided promo pics so I think they're ready for production at this point. Once promo pics are out, no changes are made. I'd prefer to have the hair match with the rest of the line with the shading and yellow like the originals but looking at how Vegito turned out and how the repaints and Goku look, I think they're going with this type of style of hair from now on. As for the boot tips, they're not detailed cuz this Vegeta is a straight up repaint, nothing more nothing less. He'll be exactly the same as the original just with a different paint app. Same I would assume goes for Trunks, although there's no official promo pics of him yet oddly.

As long as they find a way to make the line from this point forward consistent in style and coloring, I don't mind the changes they've made. I'd like to see the rest of the Saiyans get "advanced" too if they're gonna continue this new style.
