I think the same Big D, Vegeta looks much better than in the official images.

I collect Ultra-Act's figures and I've seen that sometimes Bandai/Tamashii correct the color in their images (I mixed both official images of Ultraman Tiga Sky Type, in this case blue looks good but purple is the true color of the character):

I hope the same thing happens with Vegeta, if not fortunately we know that the real figure is better.

Yes I see it, good catch Ang! Thats a new take on the design. Maybe thats so they dont need the pull down gimmick for wider stances?

Also, I know we already decided his blue wasnt removable, but the more I see it the more it doesnt seem molded to the chest but instead stuck to it. I dunno, there are slight gaps in the blue and even if it isnt officially removable i think it could be hacked.

That's what I thought at first but the more I look at it, the more it seems like it's a cover rather than another joint or point of articulation. Maybe similar to Goku's shoulder pads? Where no matter how you move it, you can cover up the opening with that piece of plastic. I don't know but what ever it is, I like it.

The faces on Awakened Super Warrior are just ****ing astonishing. The eyebrows are darker. The pupils appear to be a lot bigger. The best I've seen on a Goku so far.

Is the hair a different mold, too? It doesn't appear to be as sharp. Maybe it's the shading or something that makes it look different?

Nah, as far as I can tell its the same old Goku, faces and hair, they are just painted better. They even beat the sdcc faces for likeness, something i didnt think possible. Amazing what different paint apps will do for figures.

The manga Goku would've benefited so much from a better paint app. He looks drowsy with those bags under his eyes. This Goku is the most impressive sculpt they've done to date and it's only gonna get better. Looking at the pics of Trunks and Vegeta, I like them more now. BoG Vegeta in full effect

Man...amazon is rushing for me to pay for my copy of Arkham Knight at 56 bucks (canadian dollars) but I'm kinda occupied with Yakuza Zero (great game by the way) at the moment. Still on chapter 2 of the game where I'm trying to gather intel on the Tachibana Fudousan (Real Estate). I even had to type a password in zhuyin at one point and it frustrated me enough to switch to pinyin just to type the damned thing.

I'm excited that we're getting the "Mexico Goku" as the SDCC Exclusive just for the sheer fact I don't have to hunt it down (Just hunt down someone to get it for me ) but I'm more excited about getting official Vegetas and Trunks pieces even if they are a bit brighter than I expected

What would a set price for frieza be for you guys? I know he is not worth the scalper price that they have him for, but thats the only thing available to me now. So, how much would you value him or the max you would pay for him?

Yeah he is much more now. I know I'm going to overpay i just kind of want to know where his value stands. I don't want to overpay even though i am already lol.

I just watched a preview of that. It looks pretty bad ass. ...I'll be honest, I have no idea what the hell zhuyin or pinyin are.

They're really growing on me. I'm curious to see if Tamashii applied the paint for the hair to resemble the Figuarts Zero in a way.

Some websites announced it, that's how I found out about this line period, that SSJ Goku and Scouter Vegeta were getting released, along with SDCC Piccolo.
