They are a limited release, but that doesnt stop retailers and sellers buying them from the tamashii web shop (which still gets figures first) to sell.

Thats also partly the reason that 3rd party sellers try to scalp buyers before it gets a wide release elsewhere, they know that people want the figures asap, and if he is the only one with access he can bump the price up.

Would someone that has both the original and reissue of Goku please post pics of both side by side? Still on the fence about buying, mostly because i have the original; if the paint apps really are different/better then I will buy him.

Went to Epcot today, and in Japan, stumbled across a display of Tamashii products. Which included SS3 Goku for $70.00, they also had Gundam, Godzilla Monster Arts, and ofher series.

I picked up a 36X42 Vegeta flag poster, a Japanese DragonBall Z Orange Soda, and some DBZ stickers. For anyone that goes to Epcot, Hit Japan up for some sick Anime jems!!!

I use the internet on my iphone... I cant upload pics with it without a photo share, I'm too lazy for that. I will rarely post pics, an when I do, its from my computer.

Two seperate pics will have different lighting, different focus, different quality, the list goes on. I prefer pics in the same area, less can go wrong.

When collecting figures of this quality you cant miss anything, you have to remember that.

I guess I love DBZ too much not to collect all teh figures and such.... But with Gohan and Trunks, off to an Great Start....

That's not a bad thing! I love seeing people with complete collections, it makes it more interesting. I already have a smaller SS Vegeta, so that need has been filled
Thanks, they're real gems. I'm kind of limited on space though, sadly.

Great Saiyanman has a pretty good chance. He's the only one not to have a prototype out of a poll list done last March from Tamashii. Cell was first, got a figure, followed by everyone we saw at SDcC 2012. He has a good chance to pop up at SDCC13'.

I would LOVE it if they announced him. Even just a prototype would make me ecstatic.
Do you remember the whole list, by chance?

But anyway I decided to keep my Gohan it was a very small tear on the back of the box so no big deal.... So glad I'm getting into these figures....

It's a great line to get in to, but a small tear on the back of a box shouldn't be the end of the world, especially if you're planning on keeping them.

He was dead last... But he made the list. Had any if the Z Fighters been on it, or Ginyu Force he would have been out!
I think Freeza was on that list aswell.

Hey guys what's the deal with the SDCC exclusives? are they released on the day of the event and then go on to BBTS and toy arena etc at the same time or do you then have to wait a couple months for them to go on sale like with all the others?

Depends if retailers and buyers are at the event, but I wouldnt get your hopes up, does t look like there wil be an exclusive this year; Goku and Gohan were both announced long before now.
