The only bit of logic that I see Tamashii Nations doing is that they like to "pair-up" releases. Either a duo who goes together, or two characters who are supposed to fight one another. This is something relatively new but they've done it with a few of their lines now:

Injustice Batman vs. Injustice Evil Superman.

Naruto vs. Sasuke

They've done it with the Stars Wars line: Darth Vader and Jedi Luke, Padawan Obi-Wan and Darth Maul, and now Mace Windu and Jango Fett.

With Dragon Ball: Android Trio, then we were supposed to have Ultimate Gohan and Vegetto vs. [Super Buus], SSGSS Goku vs. Golden Frieza, Beerus and Whis, and SSGSS Vegeta to round out Dragon Ball Super.

They haven't started a pattern with the Regular releases, but if it follows a similar train of thought (logic? Hmmm), then the Vegeta being released will indeed be Cell Saga Vegeta, essentially Super Saiyan Vegeta 2.0 because he "pairs" with Armored Trunks.

While his head in first form is massive, his head + spikes don't go beyond his shoulders, or even match them.

Toei is very inconsistent, so Frieza has pretty wildly varying horn sizes depending on what episode or shot you use.

yeah DBZ is inconsistent, that's a fact. This is why Tamashii is justified in some inaccuracies because nothing is 100%. I blame the 90s, cause the likes of Sailor Moon was inconsistent too though with the reboot and manga, this was remedied.

Here's an thought with Armored Trunks coming out in 4 weeks and still nothing on his Super Trunks head, since someone showed off teh prototype box and what not awhile back with no sign of that head...

Here's my guess it will be included with Super Vegeta... It's not un heard of as they have done this with Android 18 for Krillin... IF he doesn't come with his Super Trunks head pretty sure Super Vegeta will have that head then.

Nah thats just the guess folks are going/hoping for, we don't know anything past the name unfortunately.

We will most likely know around May 22nd or so IF they show Vegeta at the upcoming show which I'm guessing they will... It was around this time last year at the may Show that we got our first glimpse of Awakening Goku.

It just makes sense with Armored Trunks and the possibilty of Bandai including the Super Trunks head with Vegeta(buu saga Vegeta wouldn't make any sense to include the Super Trunks head). So my guess is Super Vegeta.

Here's the top of the box. As You can see only one SSJ head if they were including the Super Trunks head you would be able to still see it from the top view.... So therfore my theory still stands and that it's going to be Super Vegeta with an Super Trunks head accessory.
