@BurningRage, dont worry about it, like I said, ALL but a few of the dragonball line were web exclusives, but because bluefin imports them as regular releases they tend to be cheaper. Its been this way since the "rebirth" of the line after the manga releases bombed in Japan.

What do you mean?

Newest Ranma figure is $104.99. Marvel web exclusives ones are over $100.

Hm, that's interesting about the newest Ranma release. Marvel isn't allowed to be distributed stateside so that's why they're always so expensive. Same with Star Wars. I'll have to try and contact Bluefin and see what's going on.

Edited:I don't ever remember seeing these up close, high quality photos of Gotenks/Gohan absorbed Super Buu before...

Bluefin has always received special treatment in regards to the web exclusives, at least in the dragonball line. They are technically still web exs, so they cant be reissued, but bluefin can sell them in bulk to stores hence why prices in America are always cheaper than Japan. In Japan you cant buy web exclusives normally, you either have to buy them from tamashii directly or pay a premium for the likes of ami ami or nippon to get it for you specifically.

Its complicated but thats how its always been explained to me.

It's understandable once you explained it.

Thanks for the information, Deano.

Can't wait to see those Buu forms get updated and finally released. Tamashii won't let those beautiful prototypes go to waste, we shall see them again...one day.

They were really well done considering they were "Pre-2.0" prototypes. Gohan absorbed Super Buu's head articulation looks almost seamless in that prototype. I'm expecting updated shoulder molds, waist articulation, and knee joints. I'm not sure how rounded elbow joints would look on them though.

I would love a legit Bardock figure, even King Vegeta

*Toriyama creates manga detailing Vegeta's mom being a silly typical kitchen wife*

We already know one of the Universe 6 fighters will eventually be made via Bluefin's tweet earlier this year (it will most likely be Hit) but i would also love to see some B and C list characters make the cut for a change, such as Roshi or Mr. Satan, maybe even Captain Ginyu or Zarbon. Make them web exclusives or whatever. I just think those would be some awesome figures to add to the display with a wide variety of poses

How tall was King Vegeta? Is Vegeta the same size or was his father around Goku/Bardock height?

I really hope Hit is a great release. Tamashii Nations should certainly use articulation for his lower attire similar to how they did Broly's. Maybe even with a softer plastic to allow full movement for his legs.

Hercule would be great to see. I think that is where Tamashii Nations can really experiment a lot with ridiculous facial expressions and accessories. Banpresto is releasing a Resolution of Soldiers Hercule and it looks amazing. Very un-Hercule to look so badass and serious...

Which Roshi do you want to see? I would really like to see buff Roshi from Resurrection F. I thought that was awesome.

Beautiful or Monster Zarbon? Beautiful Zarbon would be cool but I think Monster Zarbon would be even cooler.

One of the B/C list characters I would love to see is Supreme Kai. He's always been one of my favorite supporting characters.

Edited: Is anybody interested in photos of the Figure-rise Standard Super Saiyan 3 Goku, Kid Buu, or Saiyan Pod? If so, I can post a few updated product photos. Super Saiyan 2 Gohan and Perfect Cell as well. They seemed to have been given a dark wash for the detail to pop.

If kid Buu isnt oversized for figuarts then I will get him simply because he is one of the only articulated Buus at this point, but judging from Goku and Frieza theres too much of a scale difference. Frieza I can handle since you can say he is 100% and thus bulkier and taller, but Goku was way too tall.

Mark your calendars, Tamashii Nations Event will take place in Japan, October 28-30 (The article I read mentioned it will have over 500 figures to display)

Gohan will be coming with a new face...

I've actually wanted that face for a long time. I still don't know why Tamashii Nations decided with that amount of battle damage rather than when he 1st transformed into a Super Saiyan 2. If they went with that, this would have been the perfect release. That's my only complaint.

I think Kid Buu will be oversized by quite a bit. The very top of him will be as tall as Frieza.

Already marked. I hope Tamashii Nations doesn't blow their load on the 1st night like they did last year and allow people to take more photos. (Dragon Ball Z was fine with he photos, it was mostly other lines.)

I'm really liking the new Gohan face, I hope Majin Vegeta comes with a similar face when he did his ultimate sacrifice

That new face seems enticing. Still wish we got a normal Gohan head.

I really should let this go but what is the big deal with the normal head not coming with this Gohan release?

I am, too! I enjoy seeing Tamashii trying something different and experimenting. Especially with faces. It came out really good.

That would be sweet! I'm going to actually send a Tweet to Tamashii Nations about that one. :lol

I think its because this version of Gohan was seen in his normal form after he beat Cell. Tbh I never seen us getting 3 heads and having the normal head would mean splitting faces instead of being able to swap between ssj and ssj2, so im fine with it.
