That was quick lol. I hope they make some changes to SSG Goku before release but I don't think they will. Can't say I'm surprised since the BoG arc just ended for the DBS English dub.

It's gonna be great to get Shenron and hopefully he comes with a set of Dragon Balls. How could he come without them? Fully expecting Porunga if Shenron sells well too

pretty excited for SSG goku and excited for those who have been wanting shenron as well! I hope at the least they change SSG goku's arms or something, really liked the proportions on the original prototype instead, if they dont change anything at least it will be on a 2.0 body lol

9000￥ is way cheaper than I expected. I'm still debating if I should order the Xenoverse figures, I'm not super interested in them but they are quite cheap. Anybody here who got them already?

The Super Saiyan God Goku prototype seems to be the final product. They had 2 of them out for display. I'm curious why they changed it. The only updates the original prototype needed were articulation designs. The sculpt itself was spot on.

I'm glad they're going along with the Western showing of Dragon Ball Super. The market knows the design, demands a product, and now Tamashii Nations is ready to supply them. Hopefully we'll see more at these World Tour Events, SDCC, and a lot more at Tamashii Nations 2017.

Adam Newman wasn't lying when he said that they were going to go full force with Dragon Ball Z this year. We're only up to October for preorders and this year will have Super Saiyan (2) Gohan, Perfect Cell, Xenoverse Future Trunks, Xenoverse Time Patroller, Scoured Vegeta, Nappa, Super Saiyan 3 Goku, Shenron, and Super Saiyan God Goku released. Absolutely unbelievable.

Mine was shipped and should be here this week or next, so look out for my review. Don't think anyone has them yet though outside of Japan.

^I guess the only way to use that Trunks easily is to just detach the cape and see it is a scarf.

Also, wow that's sudden for Shenron, at that price I might actually buy him.
EDIT: one thing about shenron's design that looks like it might bug me is that the individual parts seem to be molded and twirling for one specific pose. I guess there was no way around that, but still limits the way it can look naturally it seems.

As someone interested in getting a few figures in the UK (via preorder, I doubt I want to pay resale on a lot of the stuff now), which shop is the best avenue to go with?

Also do I need to keep an eye to see when pre orders go live to ensure a chance at getting the more popular figures

EDIT - Hmm just looked at AmiAmi, SS3 Goku/Vegeta/Piccolo available, that seems pretty good starting point

That's pretty much all personal preference I'm afraid. I'm in the UK and use Nippon Yassan if I want it quick, though that is a bit more expensive, and anime Island if I don't mind waiting an extra month. Both are fine with marking the items value down and marking as a gift to avoid customs if you ask them, which is why I use them.

I pre order every figure, because while you can just wait, if you don't keep track of the day they go on sale they are usually out of stock almost immediately.
