thats why i find it interesting
It's certainly an interesting situation and I'm curious to find out how it all unfolds.

I don't see Frieza turning down the offer since he'll do anything to get out of that personal hell he's been in for a long time before Resurrection F and since. I also imagine that he's going to love finding out that the other universes view Goku as the bad guy.

Can't imagine what the thoughts and interactions with the other team members will be. Vegeta especially.

his return might not even last long. For all we know he could be brought back, immediately betray everyone & get killed again in the same episode

Frieza isnt stupid, he will likely ask to be brought back if he agrees and they win. He may have the urge to betray them, but theres too much at stake for him to be so selfish, even if it IS Frieza.

Frieza's inclusion on the team should also mean that the consequences of losing this Tournament of Power will be brought to light to those who have remained in the dark.

Which should be very interesting because, while Goku will keep his word, Vegeta is the one that Frieza will have to worry about.

Also, Tamashii Nations may see this as an opportunity to release updated versions of both Frieza's Final and Golden forms.

It could definitely be interesting but I'm just tired of Frieza coming back. This would be his fourth time and tbh it could ruin his character a bit a here's why. He is the only truly evil villain we've seen so far in Dragon Ball. He has no other motivations other than to bring about evil and seeing him as a good guy kind of messes with that. His story was ended (humorously) with RoF. Like crisis said he might just come back temporarily and that'd be fine I guess.

Uh. Majin Buu is pure chaotic evil. Frieza is evil based on his desires. Ego. Pride.

i kind of like the idea of cell being back instead but oh well. I feel like he wouldve been easier to coerce into a tournament due to his saiyan genetics as well, and an SSB cell does sound cool too lol

Here's a small summary from the dragonball wiki page that explains the inspiration for Frieza and his characterization...

Toriyama was also inspired to create Frieza due to the events of the Japanese economic bubble that had occurred at the time he was writing the Saiyan Saga, with Frieza specifically being based on real estate speculators, which Toriyama claimed were "the worst sort of people."

Frieza's evil doings, as ergocomics stated, has always been based off of his greed and pride. So any sort of advantage Frieza could receive from being included in the World of Tournament, such as being brought back to life and even wishing for immortality since we've seen it possible with Zamasu, would fit well within his motives and characterization.

Anyone have more info about this? Just found it on ebay and i've never seen it before. Can't find any other info on it.

Majin Buu wasn't necessarily evil as much as he was chaotic. Frieza was ruthless and well aware of his actions and the suffering he inflicted. He does not deserve a second chance or in this case fourth. It's also pretty unoriginal since he literally was just revived not too long ago.

Majin Buu was absolutely evil. He was also well aware of his actions since it was shown that he enjoyed the destruction he was causing.

Frieza is being revived to fight alongside the Z-Fighers in order to save their universe. Frieza being revived isn't original but the reasoning for him being revived is definitely new.

I know most of us have already gotten Awakening Goku but for those who haven't or may want another, he's $30.68 sold and shipped by Amazon.

Yeah, Buu was probably the most evil villain in dbz. Frieza was a tyrant dictator and Cell was power hungry, Buu just wanted to destroy because he liked it and Super Buu especially was created from Buus literal evil side.

Buu was definitely evil don't get me wrong but Frieza was more cruel and that's more evil imo. Point was that I don't want an excellent villain like Frieza becoming "part of the gang" or something like an anti-hero. I just feel like we've had enough Frieza

majin Buu had a good side, to the point where he was even redeemed. Kid Buu was more like a force of nature, and even in that state he was reincarnated into a good guy. Frieza has no "good side." He's always been a *********. Even his counterpart Frost shares his ********* traits.
