He will. Super Saiyan God Goku was received an "update" since last we saw him so Super Saiyan 4 Goku will as well.
Agreed. SS4 is the best transformation since SS1. It's completely different from SS since it looks nothing like any SS form aside from the aura and lightning.

I love SSJ4 cuz it incorporates the tail. Only a true Saiyan that can control his most primal form can achieve it and that's pretty badass. Would love to see SSJ4 Goku, Vegeta and Gogeta one day with Super Baby Veggie and Omega Shenron

SS4 is the only thing about GT I actually respect (Baby and the Shadow Dragons were alright I suppose). I just watched GT again this past weekend (Started at episode 20 because F that first arc) And there was still a lot of cringe going on, but I still really enjoy SS4. I even almost went as far as ordering the Figure Rise versions of Goku/Vegeta but the head just looks so off to me on goku so I refused to pull the trigger. Just waiting on Tamashii at this point.

I would use a set of wire cutters. It's much easier to use than a nail clipper.

Tough one. Prior to ss4, ss3 was pretty awesome, prior to ss3, ss2 with the lighting around was super cool and of course ss1 is classic and epic.
Would like to see them bring back the tail for another transformation in the future!
Do you think Conor McGregor is going to transform into a ssj when he fights Mayweather?

Finished product Nappa...
It's been a long time coming but it's finally here
To note, the Arlia Nappa had a blue scouter lens, whereas the earth Nappa had purple. The SHF Nappa has arlia armor colors but with the purple scouter lens. The question is, was this done on purpose or by mistake?

OMG, Nappa is so beautiful! I'm glad he looks so great! I've always wanted to have a Nappa toy as a kid, thank goodness that's the one I'll be getting lol! Too bad Nappa arrives in September from Amazon, I have a long time to wait. The new Vegeta is also arriving second week of September for me from Amazon
He's neither Arlia or anime, he is manga colours. (green scouter is from a recolored version that was released a few years ago)
