Picked this guy up for 60 bucks online. Said new but the box was pretty damaged. Any chance this is a bootleg? Took it out and everything looks good. Box seems legit too.

He's neither Arlia or anime, he is manga colours. (green scouter is from a recolored version that was released a few years ago)

So does that mean they are saving his alternate color for an SDCC EX? I am confusion

looks pretty legit to me, and wow that's an amazing price! Same thing happened for me for SDCC piccolo, it was new but the box was pretty damaged, but got it for a similar price and since i open my figures anyway, damaged packaging didnt really concern me.

Yeah, I like to pose my figures as well so don't care about the box, but the inner trays were still taped together. Thought it was too good to be true but since it was 60 bucks shipped I said *****k it. Paypal will give me my money back if it's a fake, it was a US seller and got it in 4 days.

On hand I actually like the SDCC 2015 goku and the Awakening version more. I hate that the belt and wrist bands are purple.

I did erase the sellers username though.

And my bad, I did lie. 55 plus 5.95 shipping, so 60.95. 60 bucks just sounded better. Sorry

Yeah, he originally had it listed under Awakening. I messaged him about the title not matching, but I had pretty much already added the figure to my cart LOL

Thanks blogness, I also wanted to start getting doubles to have them posed fighting from different scenes, but this hobby is getting expensive especially with all the 1/6 stuff. I also wanted to stop collecting figuarts but then they decide to release Nappa, Yamcha, Tien, and kid Goku, so I was like dammit... Well 4 more figures and I'm done. Then I ended up getting the new SDCC goku. I feel like this collection will never really stop growing LOL

Fyi, Gokus wristbands and belt do go a shade of purple in dbz when ssj, hence their colour choice .

oh man, no wonder, a lucky find like that was only possible since he didnt list it under SDCC lol and yeah Big D is right for some reason it's always been a thing for goku where his belt and wrist bands take on a purply or lighter shade when he transforms, it still does that in dragon ball super.

I dont doubt it looks nice but yeah i agree that we have much better figures. You can easily create a better version of this character as well, i just used the awakening head and faces on a normal goku body. I darkened the blues on the under shirt, sleeves, and boots with a gundam real touch marker, but never got around to painting the wrist bands and belt, busy and too lazy haha.
