Well, I hope not! I want the characters to use strategy more than power ups, and Vegeta's the go to character for that, or at least we're told throughout DBZ.

But yeah, it's one of my favorite Vegeta scenes throughout the series, because it shows how far he's come.

That depends on how you define strategy because Vegeta has also made some of the dumbest moves in the series, mainly because he's so egregiously prone to arrogance.

I'd say Piccolo's the best strategist in the series overall. He's the one guy I wouldn't expect to stall a villain or even let him recover. He also most often predicts and/or explains behaviour accurately.

What I'm trying to say is this:

I said "what we're told". The characters keep saying it, including Piccolo, and I never see what's so intelligent about his plans. He does something obvious and it's praised. Quite a few of those times he just seemed like a coward or on an ego trip. That's why I like the Buu saga so much, because his character grew much more. Actions speak louder than words, and Goku always seemed like a far more strategic, starting from when he was a kid in Dragon Ball. I think Piccolo is a better strategist than Vegeta as well. He's a great compliment to Goku's impulsiveness.

Anyone think that we'll get some news at NYCC? Can't remember if Tamashii always shares DBZ news only at SDCC or if NYCC gets some new tidbits as well. I'd be happy if we get a release date/confirmation for the androids or a new prototype.

I don't know if you saw, but I was conducting a poll, to try to get a more accurate showing of this forum's top 5 most wanted figures in order. I'm using a point system to be more accurate. I know you voted all Majin Vegeta for your top 5 last time (Awesome list, by the way), but would you like to participate and put down four other characters in order of most wanted?

I got you down ssj3 Vegeta! Thanks! Super Buuhan would be awesome! I would love one of the fused(well I guess fused-fused-and in some cases fused-fused) Super Buu, but I think that would be too obscure for them. That's why, I might just go for Super Buu. I still have to write mine!

Do you guys think if they ever got to a Kid Goku, that they would probably do the updated "Path to Power" looking face? I'm not the biggest fan of that look. I voted for Kid Goku on the official poll for my number 1 want, but after seeing Scouter Vegeta and Krillin, it seems they're going for the updated looks. That's also deterring me from voting for Saiyan Saga goku, because I doubt they'd redo the facial features for a classic, less muscular look, which is my favorite look for Goku.

The more I think about it, the more I really want this look for Gohan:

They probably won't make it removable, because it would really upset the sculpt, but I'd happily settle, if we just got a removable cape of the Saiyaman costume. Still love this look though:

If we get the Great Saiyaman, we'll probably just get his masked look.

I could use the Mystic Gohan head as an alternative though, because he still wears the suit after the Buu Saga concludes.

The Great Saiyaman would be great for adult Gohan, if anything cause it looks pretty good.

Anyone know when some of the other DBZ figures will be released overseas like SS Vegeta?
