Now how the heck can you dislike the Boo saga so much and watch Pokemon? Here's a tip Team Rocket- carry a gun instead of a stupid cat. If you've seen the South Park episode, Chinpokomon, the parents reacted exactly how I did. It's just a big toy commercial. Got to catch them all. Like I said, I hate anime except for Dragon ball. Moving on!

Personally I'd rather see Figuarts or Figma StarFox instead of Mario. There really are no representations for the StarFox series out there.
The sad part is back in the 90s, we were gonna see star Fox figures from some company but it got pulled for some reason. Along with some real impressive Legend of Zelda figures that included most of the Ocarina of Time arsenal. I'm pretty sure it's Nintendo licensing at that time. All we have now for Star Fox is a Fox bobblehead, and some Arwing and Landmaster kits. I really want some Star Fox figures as well though, Fox, Falco and Wolf are pretty amusing and solid characters. If Pit can get one, hell with one being basically a variant of him, why can't our favorite Space Animals? I mean Mario is fine because there are no good articulated figures of Mario, at all. but Star Fox needs some love.

I would like totally buy a figuarts Super Mario Bros. 3 version of mario in his raccoon suit.

Lylat wars (or star fox 64 in america) was my most played N64 game, that and Mario 64, so fox figuarts would be amazing (and falco)

Thanks Fslar, now I want to track down these arwing kits you mentioned :lol

Man, it's cool to see how passionate you guys are about these games. I only got to play over a friend or cousins house, but I never got the chance to understand how the control worked, so once they got bored of beating me, or frustrated that I didn't know what buttons to press, we'd end up playing outside.

The way you guys are talking about them, it's probably a good thing I didn't get to play these because I would never get to finish them, being that there was a one hour TV limit in my house. Because of that, I would use that time for TV on weekdays, and I only played on Saturdays. It stunk that there was no saving in Sega games, because whenever I got far, my hour was up. That's why my little brother was smart in getting a gameboy. It wasn't tv according to him!

I had a one hour TV limit as well Bane...then High School happened and I said "yeah screw that" especially since I managed to sneak hours on easily. Only problems were when my grandma busted me when she and my grandpa were over, or my sister tried busting me like jerk she is. Though my parents still try to limit me even with how decent my grades are and how I manage things.

Well in high school, I didn't have to be limited, because I didn't get a chance to watch TV. I'd just take a break from my homework at 11 at night to watch the Simpsons, while doing push ups and squats. I had nooooooo time!

Not particularly excited about these and I loved Mario games growing up from Nintendo to SNES to N64 to Gamecube. Also loved playing Super Smash Bros. But like somebody else mentioned I never really had the appeal to have these characters in figure form. I'm content just playing the games.

Of all nintendo franchises Donkey Kong characters would be the only ones I might buy. I don't think I could resist those.:lol Easily the nintendo games I loved and played most. As long as they're cheaper than the d-arts pokemon.

Does anybody have an insight on how multiple new lines do or don't influence the production speed of existing ones? Is this just a sign of overall figuarts success, or could this come at "our" expense, so to speak?

I'd say the SDCC poll was a good indicator that they were doing well, being that they were asking to make music groups, video games, and other tv shows. I think Michael Jackson was an option. A lot of choices I never heard of.

Ha, if they do blood somebody should make a picture of them racing the kamen riders.:lol

If any of you could get one db/z character that's super low, if not no chance of ever getting a figuarts, who would you pick? An off beat char we'll most likely not see within 4 years, if at all ever.

These Mario figuarts probably will be more expensive than the DBZ line only because of the Nintendo license, I mean they make little static figures of Mario that are about what 2 inches tall and they sell for $15 for 3. Most likely it'll be the Pokemon D-Arts pricing for them, which honestly that's fine with me I recently considered getting said static figures to try and go with figma Samus and Link but now I'll just get these when they come out.

Unfotunately, at the rate they're releasing figures, I don't think we will even get major characters like Master Roshi in four years. I don't think Videl will get made and I think she's a big character. Characters like Zarbon don't have much of a chance, and I don't think he's too off beat. Hopefully this year's releases help give us an idea!

Great question though. I really want a 23rd tournament/ epilogue Goku and I think that has no chance of being made. King Piccolo might be my favorite villain, but I don't know if I want to spend for a Figuarts version of him, being that he's so big. I have to think more, but I definetly want that Goku! Launch would be pretty sweet!

Speaking of those newly announced Super Mario Figuarts line . I would love to see kid goku in the new smash brothers game .

Bluefin just put this image on his facebook page with the hashtag figuarts
