I need a few more datong bodies for customs. Do you know if they sell just the bodies a lone?

Don't think they sell as loose bag, I agree its expensive for a bootleg, but the quality they did to the vegeta compared to other cheap figuarts. Its worth it.

Im not a fan of customizing bootlegs. But honestly im not sure what customs is good for this type of armor vegeta. He is too short for other characters. Im passed the patience of enlarging figures.

I really like the version of trunks fighting imperfect cell, but he is really small size compared to other figuarts

Honestly, there would have to be something pretty significantly different than the original SS Vegeta mold for me to double dip on him. If he came with a non-SS head, a set of crossed arms, and a pair of yellow stripped boots like later in the cell saga, then I would prob ably pick him up.

Is that Bills figure a custom or an actual figure from a different toy line?

That's a customized Beerus elot made from using other Figuarts parts.

The bootleg Vegetas are always coming & going from ebay. Just wait a few days & some more will pop up eventually.

Hopefully if SS Vegeta is released again at SDCC there will enough different about him that we would easily be able to distinguish the new release from the damn bootlegs now flooding the market

So in that interview, the guy I forget his name said that they recently acquired a fighting game license that they're gonna reveal soon. He said it wasn't Street Fighter, but it's a classic fighting series just like Street Fighter. Any guesses on what it could be?

I'm thinking either Tekken or Soul Calibur. There's also the King of Fighters, but I gotta hunch it's probably the former. Or maybe even Darkstalkers? Either way it'd be interesting to see how they'll pose with the DBZ line.

It would be so great if Bandai made Figuarts versions of Soul Calibur characters...I'd even take Street Fighter, it might be nice to get a Ryu in scale with the Figuarts Goku figures.

Being a long time gamer id say its likely to be mortal kombat, tekken or soul calibur. I personally hope its mortal kombat, id love a figuarts sub zero and scorpion.

I dont see them making soul calibur figuarts; the games were great in their day, but soul caliburs characters werent memorable apart from nightmare and siegefried.

I hope it's mortal kombat but on the other hand I really hope it's not because I can't afford another figure obsession!! Especially if it's based off the original games that'd be amazing

Original mortal kombat figures would be a bit uninspired imo, they were all just recolours of each other! The designs from the "reboot" were among the best imo.

Hello guys,

Just brought an SDCC Gohan. Really excited about this one. hehe (just wanted to share)
So my question is do you guys use any of the old DBZ Toyline as stand-ins (for characters you know they won't make) for your display? like a Chi Chi or Bulma, Kid Gohan? Which figures are good stand-ins scaling and looks wise with these modern DBZ figuarts? Almost brought a Saiyan Spacepod cause I saw some awesome pictures here, but it got really expensive.

Thanks in advance!

A lot of the Banpresto statues work well and the Hybrid Kid Boo fits well, but I would hold out for a figuarts one. Sorry, I can't help much.
