I think Silrian meant saiyan Vegetas heads as extras for an sdcc ssj Vegeta, which would be amazing, Vegeta needs some front facing angry and smirking faces for ssj

It would also be nice if his sideways looking eyes face were corrected so that he didnt look like he had a lazy eye.

I meant, like Big D realised, that saiyan saga vegeta's facepart were repainted to ssj form. It's perfect. Vegeta diesnt change bone structure.:lol a simple ssj repaint of the faces that came with saiyan saga vegeta would be bloody marvelous. He'd suddenly have the largest array of expressions of all characters!

Hmm... I certainly do see kid buu on the cards, even though I much preferred Super Buu. Hell, I'd rather had Majin Buu over Kid Buu, but if you look at it logically he's shoe in! Historically we've seen a release for the ultimate villain of every story arc, beside the Buu saga and I guess you could say he, Kid Buu, was the ultimate villain. Maybe not the strongest incarnation of Buu, but definitely the most villainous. As for other possible releases... I think they'd be stupid to ignore SS Majin Vegeta, especially with all the attention he has been commanding. I'm tossing up between Great Saiyaman, Gotenks and Vegetto, as to who'll see a SHF release first. Honestly, if we got those 5 figures I wouldn't see the need for any subsequent releases, from Tamashii's perspective.

As long as this line is profitable, they'll continue to release characters. No way they're gonna just suddenly stop after Buu or whoever's release.

That would be a great incentive Silrian! And just change the boots for his Cell Games look. Then they can straight up re-use that for Majin Vegeta! I could see them doing a display with him for the scene with Android 17, 18, Trunks and Kuririn to help promote those figures! They grouped the SDCC SSJ Goku, regular Goku, and SSJ3 Goku together to promote those. Although it wouldn't be accurate because he has the white boots there, but whatever!

I don't mean to interrupt yet again but I felt this was worth posting (and sorry if it's already been posted). It looks like the SS Vegeta bootleg has been updated...if people couldn't tell the difference before they certainly can now that there's an arm piece in the package.

I feel like the quality of this one is less than the other bootleg. Looks much further off from the original. I must sold my original ss vegeta, and think I'll pick up a bootleg, but I don't think I can shell out $40 for this one.

I think it is taking away from this line. It might be because I'm not into Power Rangers and those Japanese franchises (I think you guys called them Kamen Rider and Sentai or something like that?) that look like Power Rangers, but it seems like those are a lot more popular. I see reviews for those on a lot of mainstream figure sites, and only see the DBZ figuarts as news pieces. All these video game properties are probably going to do really well, since people are willing to pay so much for collector's editions. At least they're doing well and pumping out great products!

Oh who am I fooling? Curse you Tamashii, forget everyone else! Give me what I want! Change your name to Dragonballarts and make me happy!

Yeah that new Vegeta is slightly justified with the crossed arms piece, but he does actually look lower quality than the previous bootlegs listed.

It´s the same quality bootleg (Datong) only in the first edition came with crossed arms as a limited item

The quality is exactly the same as the previously released bootleg. They all look like that when you use the flash on your camera from a -25 degree angle.
As for the rest of the pictures that feature him posing, those are the pics from his work-in-progress shots before he was finalized.

Say, I just made this new signature, but I'm not sure if it's compliant with the rules. What do you guys think?
All I did was put in a referral link to bing (microsoft's version of google) but I don't want to get in trouble if we're not suppose to do that, so I'll ask you guys (and hopefully a mod will stop by)

Sig below:

Uuuuuuuuuuhh...yeah... At first sight I'd kinda be a bit disgusted by it, but realising you probably genuinely mean it as a handy deal for fellow collectors I can somewhat see your point. When I see 'Bing' though I just start laughing.

No idea whether it's compliant. I generally hate on microsoft though so I will gladly miss out on a figure if it means using a microsoft product less.:rotfl

Hello everyone,

I've participated in this thread before, but havent posted in over a year. I forgot the password to my old account so I made a new one ;P ...I've been through most of the pages on this thread and I have a few questions.

1. Where can I find the images of the custom figuarts Mech Frieza that was posted to a previous thread?

2. What's the deal with Figuarts Nappa, and the Shenron figure? If they have been cancelled then where does this information come from, is it valid?

3. The DBZ figuarts series has pretty much been a cash cow for a few years now, do you think this will lead to Dragonball GT figures, and also minor DBZ characters like Yamcha, as well as alternate forms of other characters?

4: And last but not least, don't you think this thread deserves it's own forum? I think most members would agree that we have a hard time keeping up with the thread, which is one reason why I stopped using this site. At least, there should be sub topics pertaining to the thread, I feel. And I'm aware of the dragonball toys forum, but for some reason this line of figures gets a lot of hate over at that site, for what ever reasons I do not know.

Thanks in advance to anyone who answers my questions!
