Yeah, I'm all for that, if it's not one being bashed in cause I'll never use it. Not that I'll ever use Krillin's bonus face.

I think the folded up sleeves alternate arms is what I want most to accompany 17. That's such a 'come at me bro' thing to do and he's the only one who ever did in the series I think.

The fact that all the figuarts have removable arms make it kinda easy to recreate the Piccolo missing arms scenes, not really a need for an extra piece for that.

They basically said Nappa was "off the table" for right now, meaning there's currently no plans on releasing him. However, they didn't rule him or Shenron out completely; they said they may revisit them in the future (and due to the popularity of the line, I say it's very likely. We're just gonna be waiting for at least 2 years, lol)

OK so i finally received my bootleg Chinese version vegeta. Now its a great looking figure but it has some flaws and can easily be spotted as a counterfeit. The major flaw my Chinese version vegeta has its a loose head, and i mean LOOSE. It wont stay looking straight. It either has to be tilted all the way or all the way down. The face isnt even close to the original in detail or color.

Ok so lets get started.

The authentic vegeta is on the left. As you can see his face has more pink shading compared to the full orange of the bootleg. His hair has white tips along with some orange while the bootleg has a mustard yellow with barely no shading. The chest armor has a darker brown on the bootleg. The extremely white to tips on the bootleg with a really dark blue shade on the boot. The blue jumpsuit on the bootleg also has more shading. its more similar to the saiyan saga vegeta then the super saiyan version. AND one REALLY IMPORTANT thing that all bootlegs have that the original doesnt and that is A WHITE NECK PEG. If you bought a vegeta with a WHITE NECK PEG you def got a fake, that is for those who still cant tell the difference.











Also notice the bootleg has red on his lips while the original's is skin color. You can also notice bigger pupils as well.



The strap on the bootleg is slightly out of place but can be put back and glued . Also loose left hand on mine but can maintain pose.




My final verdict on the figure. IT IS NOT worth anything over 40$. I would only recommend this figures for those who customize, or if you need a body for trunks. If you really want a super saiyan vegeta i would WAIT for SDCC and see if its a supersaiyan exclusive. If HE is wearing different clothes i would buy two and get the boot leg and place the second super saiyan head on it and that will be as close to the original as possible.

The bootlegs usually go for about $40 which includes shipping. Might find one a little cheaper though.

Honestly the bootlegs are useful if you wanna do some headswaps, such as Saiyan Armor Trunks. I'm sure we'll see some Saiyan Armor Goku's in peoples collections once Normal Goku is released, too.

Mine was $30, I didn't have the official SSj Vegeta so it was a must purchase. I can't wait to get the SDCC Vegeta.

Still think sdcc vegeta isn't gonna be android period armour vegeta... I'd guess it's later-namek vegeta. It fits with having Frieza. He would only need a repaint and slight torso retooling. It would also be true in that case that people who have ssj vegeta would still be interested.

That last interview was pretty clear about them being undecided yet on whether they can rerelease a web exclusive in any form possibly by strategically tinkering with it. Taking production time into account, sdcc is less than half a year away, I can't see them deciding AND acting upon it AND be done in time for sdcc14. And the interviewed guy really seemed to be truthful imo.

Maybe it's a battle damaged ssj vegeta, I'd love that.

Nah, people want at least a ssj Vegeta of some kind, doesnt make sense for them to male a namek remould as it wouldnt be a ssj head.

By recolouring they may mean a manga version ssj Vegeta, that would bypass the exclusive tag he has.

I agree with Big Deano, they must know people just want a SS Vegeta. Probably just slightly different shading or painted toes. Didn't they mention something about extra accessories. Could well be folded arms.

Plus, he was only talking about rereleasing him, thats two sources hinting heavily at Vegeta being sdcc 2014. Sdccs are typically just repaints, so technically it would be a different figure.

Basically im saying that it sounds like ssj Vegeta is on for an sdcc 14 release, but a normal rerelease is harder to do.

I think if its a vegeta its def going to be super saiyan, when doing the interview with the guy from Bluefin the guy said well for sdcc we've had goku, piccolo, and gohan... that leaves.... Interviewer says super saiyan vegeta? He responded with great guess.
