The Awakened Goku looks amazing in person, he was definitely the headliner of their booth. Premium SSJ Vegeta and Trunks look awesome. Picked up a few SDCC Freiza Saga Goku's.

Glad to hear that. Sometimes the pictures of the figure and seeing the figure in person are so different from one another.

I hope so. I know they already have a lot on their schedule but it would be nice to see them show a new prototype even if it's not released until December of 2016.

Yeah it's... I think I'd call it a BoG version honestly. Like, vibrant like new animes are.

IMO Vegeta looks good, but Trunks colors look completely cheap, I'm still buying one though but I rather a lot the old one (which I own )

Btw I dont expect vegeta will get a new hair mould for ssg.

It's in the picture I posted. There's just two lines on the boot tip. You can see it more clearly on his right foot.

TOTALLY GOING BAT**** INSANE OVER BVS! Production design through the ROOF! In 2009 I watched watchmen and was like my god what a dream it would be if this guy did batman .... and now we're living it. Still can barely believe it.

I am, too! I would love to see a Batman just beat the **** out of a group of thugs similar to Silk Spectre and Nite Owl II did in Watchmen. I've been getting a lot of that through Arkham Knight and I would love for that same style of Batman to be in the movies. Knowing that Snyder loves the Dark Knight Returns Batman, we'll hopefully get that!

Did you see the BvS Play Arts Kai pictures I posted? I'm really digging them and I've never bought a Play Arts Kai before. I just really like how they're not so "over done" that Play Arts Kai seem to be. If that makes any sense. They even have the creases in the Batsuit. They're pretty nice and I'm tempted to get them.

I too think that it is kinda lazy how they couldn't (or wouldn't) resculpt Vegeta's hair to reflect the added detail God form has. I don't know why they chose to just repaint it & nothing else. It would've looked awesome.

That's prolly why they're seemingly hesitant to create Majin Vegeta. They don't wanna resculpt his hair & they know they can't get away with just using the same SSj hairsculpt.. or can they? :/

It would have looked amazing. They're all about strong detail and sculpting but they're not applying any of that to the 2nd most popular character of their line. Especially since they have the same head molds on both Super Saiyan and SSGSS figures. Which is upsetting because there are a lot of people who joined this line specifically because of Vegeta.

They better not.

Ssgss vegeta is still display only, he is still a prototype remember. Still lots of time for them to change it.

I forgot you asked about PAK Ang, yeah... I'd say be careful with PAK. I have 8, 3 from Arkham city, 3 from mass effect and 2 from man of steel. Since then theyve (re)upped thew scale to 10" and upped the price tag heavily I pretty much gave up. Their QC issues are high. I saw them too, I was considering them, but p[ersonally, the likeness just isn't good enough, they're square enix, they're too stuck in final fantasy style designs. The only reason I have supes and jorel from mos is because the superman also fits perfectly with my arkham city batman as just a cb world finest, and jorel was the only armoured figure made (except, junk or statues) and he actually looks descent enough, the armour is cool and detailed and I LOVED krypton in MoS, love love loved it.

But PAk overshades and overstyles like a mofo so until you see in hand reviews on yt or something I'd curb your enthusiasm. Anthonyscustoms has a great eye on critiquing them.

Damn, that's upsetting to hear. I know a lot of people are in the line but the heavy price tag is a turn off. Mainly the reason why I'm not into Hot Toys. Yeah, I figured the likeness would have been off since it's not straight from Mattel or something. They showed off their BvS figures and they look like **** which is upsetting. I know Tamashii mentioned that Warner Bros. is very generous with their licensing and hopefully they notice how well the Age of Ultron line is selling and decide to capitalize on that with their own line.

...You got a picture of that World's Finest? That sounds awesome. Yeah, the first 20 minutes of Man of Steel blew me the **** away. I loved that scene. I never really cared for the crystallized environment from the first films and I'm glad they changed it. The behind the scenes really goes into full detail about the Kryptonians and their environment. The production crew spent a lot of time thinking it out it's unbelievable.

Quality control issues bug the **** out of me. I really want the spitfire Godzilla MonsterArts but I'm not buying it unless I can do it in person to make sure it doesn't look like ****.

2 years, really? That's crazy. That gives me hope that they'll make some improvements. I know it was at SDCC last year where they revealed the prototype for Vegito and then changed his face for the next convention after everybody and their brother made a comment about it.

It's just off putting because a large percent of what they've revealed lately seems to be factory ready. This could have been a last minute production.
