will both the japan and us version have the us flag design on the neck piece as seen on that pic?

They don't have the licence to sell Akibaranger related stuff in the US. Most people in the US won't have any idea what the flagged neck and belt are about, and I'm sure many who do know don't care. Would you ever really use it?

i would for the red ranger just to play as one is jason and the other is rocky
