MAN, you must've been broke after that weekend after meeting so many guests at the con (especially super high profile people like Ben Affleck and Christopher Lloyd)! That's a great line-up, though!

Yea, they were all really cool. Ben Affleck is just a normal dude with with no "Hollywood fake" personality. Just really relaxed and chill. Although they did hide him pretty far away in a really weird hideaway at con where you had to hunt him down. Christopher Lloyd was clearly in poor health and exhausted, but remained cheerful and friendly to every fan. Carey Elwes was by far the coolest and most genuine celebrity I have ever met. He really takes the time to make every fan feel special. This meant that the line took forever to get through (the crowd came close to mutiny), but the second we met him we knew it was all worth it.

I'm not really sure what was with Amy Jo Johnson, but this was probably my worst celebrity encounter. And considering how much I paid for the experience, I don't think that chilling out and being reasonably friendly was too much to expect. Granted, my choice of outfit for that morning might not have helped my attempt to not come off as a fanboy:

I'm meeting Austin St. John and Walter Jones this weekend at another con, so hopefully that goes better.

Thats freaking cool!!! I only met JDF, Amy jo was at the convention but her line was another two hours! Man, Those look like they are more fun than Amy though!

Haha totally. Then again, a stomach flu was more fun than meeting Amy.

But these guys were legit. Actually, a few minutes prior to taking this photo we actually took another one. We didn't line up the photo right and Austin was half cut out of frame. I figured I would just edit it to look balanced at home and shrugged it off. But 5 minutes later I got a text from the photo people saying that they talked to Austin and Walter, who wanted to take another one for free since the first one got screwed up.

Unlike Amy, who wanted to get through everyone as fast as possible, these guys really took the time to get to know you a bit. Really down to earth, and in another life would definitely be people you'd want to hang out with. Austin really hates JDF though. The guy could barely contain his rage when someone at their panel asked a question about him. And I got to witness an awkward moment with Walter when some clown in front of me spent 10 minutes trying to haggle him for the price of the autograph.

Yeah, that's a serious on-going rivalry.

At C2E2 last year, somebody asked Austin about his **** career. He handled it very professionally and made some jokes out of it.

Very cool photos!

Actually Walter will be at the Austin comic con in June! Not too far of a drive for you. Johnny Young Bosch (Adam) will also be there. I live in San Angelo which is pretty equally distant to everything worth seeing in Texas, so I'm lucky enough to be only a few hours in any direction from all this stuff.

Tru is not re-releasing anything right now, what you see js what you will get, if they get inventory is from warehouses, sad to say, who knows much value they might go up after they finally close them down

Just because the green/white ranger morpher was a TRU exclusive doesnt mean bandai cant sell it again “non exclusive” to other sites/stores

When do the new figures come out? I.e. the legacy 6” metallic finish and the rest of the heads?

The black, yellow and blue metallic colored versions of the 6” legacy line and the head morphers, at the time the name surpassed me, but the yellow, black and blue rangers also, back in december i heard may but so far had not heard anything from bandai finishing up the line
