I ordered one from HLJ the other night and I was sad cuz I could only get one. Then I get a shipping notification from CDJapan for another Kylo. I guess I'd forgotten I ordered one from CDJapan a while back. Pleasant surprise!

So I'm watching the Clone Wars series on netflix... Why did they think it was a good idea to include jar jar binks? He's insufferable. I mean, they have to know that, right? It's public knowledge. Right now this nerf herder is tagging along on a rescue mission and he's already caused the deaths of multiple troopers and a senator (btw, who the **** elected jar jar into office??). If I were these clone troopers I'd blast that **** in the face and bury him in the desert.

@Sil, when does Star Wars premiere on Frieza Planet 419? Have you seen it?

@Fat it premiered here four years ago mate.

Tip: screenrant has a fantastic viewing guide for the clone wars. I diliked tht series style but gave it a chance ultimtly and that viewers guide picks exactly the best stuff and per topic. So it lists the eps with the best trooper action, o the obi-wan, etc. it's a great checklist to know when somethin good is up. And CW has fantastic stuff. It really got a lot out of episode II's unfulfilld potential. Anakin is better, and his padawan is a bit annoying at first but I really grew to love her. She is on Rebels now, and Anakin has already become Vader in Rebels (which is years after order 66). I'm very happy those series are canon. As someone said before, they salvage a lot of great ontent from the worldbuilding of the PT.

But thy are mostly kids series, so screenrants guide helps to wade through that. There's an AWESOME 4 episode arc of the 501st clones and it's fabtastic action, incredible for an animated series. It really delves into strategy and th jedi's functioning as generals. Also it delves into order 66 and really makes it quite vlid to lov the clones, not just as soldiers, but as persons.

I really reccommend the series, if not as whole thn through th use of screenrants guide. You can google it easily but I'll see if I can edit this post with the link.

I really enjoyed the cartoon series throughout, but I don't really remember anything other than the cool visuals.

Clone Wars, on the other hand, I tried multiple times to get into, and unfortunately, I had to skip to the fourth season to get any enjoyment. I found Ashoka, Jar Jar, Dooku, Grievous, and the droids...the droids! I can't stand the droids :lol I still had to jump around the fourth-seventh seasons, but I really liked some stuff there. It made me love Order 66 and the Clones, and it made Anakin my favorite Star Wars character! Cad Bane, Asajj Ventress, Savage Opress, and the Mandalorians were also great additions. Something I loved is that they gave Obi-wan a love-interest, but he couldn't get involved with her because of his Jedi responsibilities. It showed how dedicated Obi-wan was, and I really liked that.

My advice to anyone is to just watch the series, and if you're bored, just skip until you find something you enjoy!

I can't wait to see some good Luke scenes in Ep 8. I'm sure Luke will be hesitant to train Rey at first but ultimately will feel it's his responsibility, especially when he hears Han is dead. That look in his eyes when she tried to hand him his old saber said it all. I'm kinda bummed we won't see the original gang back together again though.

Agreed!

Caved and opened my clones. Wow, just wow. Having at one time owned some BS clones, these are just streets ahead. Perfect paint, high quality plastic and really poseable. They look like 1:6 quality figures! I can't wait for a commander, captain and pilot.

Picked up another OT Stormtrooper to flank Vader.

The clones look awesome. I plan on picking up a couple more. They look great together.

Can't wait for Ren and the FO Troopers!

Thanks, Sil. I've tried screenrant's viewing guides before, like with Agents of Shield, but about halfway through their suggested list I felt I had missed too much character building stuff. I think I'm going to tough the Clone Wars out for all 6 seasons. The kicker is I'm only really watching it so I can dive into Rebels.

My Kylo Ren finally shipped from Black Nova Toys! Where's my unmasked headsculpt???

For sure. They might include it with a future figure. Or they might make it another figure entirely, like Disney did with the Elite Series Ren, who has two figures, one masked and the other unmasked.
