They ****ed people on Anakin and Padme. Don't think they took their money but with how sought after those figures were they might as well have since everyone had to pay on the secondary market.

I had zero issues with them so far. I also received Anakin and Padme from them. But I know others had less luck and their pre-orders for these two figures were canceled. However, only Ep II Anakin and Padme had this issue. They always pack things quite secure, all the boxes arrive undamaged in mint condition. Customer service takes its time to reply to one of your questions, it can take a few days, but they do reply to you if you have a question.

They have the reissue of Jedi Luke available to pre-order there for a good price. More than likely they'll cancel my order if I place one since it's sold out most places. I'll wait for this to be released and hope it becomes available to order again on HLJ or AmiAmi.

Does nin-nin collect the preorder funds at time of purchase or charge when in stock like CDJapan and HLJ? Also I read they do cancellations of preorders as long as it’s 7 days before being available.
