Yeah, maybe. I still think the 40th Anniversary is the best, but I buy most Vader figures anyway. Only 2 I still need to pick up at some point is the Mafex RO & the Revo Vader.

I don't like the chest articulation. I think they should have made the torso one piece with a ball joint in the waist. Like the ANH Luke.

The cape looks like crap.

The only problem is that the rogue one trooper is a bit different design than ANH. That vader still looks awful. Might be salvageable if that cape can be swapped out and put the BS head on it

Does nin-nin collect the preorder funds at time of purchase or charge when in stock like CDJapan and HLJ? Also I read they do cancellations of preorders as long as it’s 7 days before being available.

You pay for the pre-orders as soon as you place the order. Also, as far as all of my orders are concerned, they never canceled anything. Not once. There was some hiccup with Ep II Anakin and Padme last year which lead to some cancelations which annoyed quite a few people understandably. I can't give you the reason why they had to cancel the pre-orders, but this problem, as far as I know, only concerned these two figures. I pre-ordered Qui-Gon from them when he was no longer available from anyone else. My order was fulfilled.

Whoops, I meant to say allow for you to cancel pre-orders. I’ve never ordered from them so I’m just waiting for other web stores to open the preorders for Anakin tonight. Thanks for the info though.

HLJ & AmiAmi tend to relist as pre-order throughout the day at various times. I believe they do this since they have customers all over in different countries and due to the time differences.

Those who want this should keep checking periodically as it is likely it will be available to PO again on both these sites. I wouldn't give up hope till maybe tomorrow and since it is a regular release BBTS & others will import it, although at a premium.

I picked up 1 from nin nin and 1 from bbts just in case nin nin doesn’t come through. If they do I can either cancel my bbts order or sale it at cost.
