I also preoreded the Big Chap. Amazon japan has it listed for full retail but I'm hoping it'll have a discount between now and the release date.

Also hope that an ALIENS warrior is in the works too....

I initially thought they were restricted to the crappier newer designs, but if they're doing the original Alien, then hopefully Aliens and even the classic Predator could follow. Fingers crossed!

I'm curious, what is it about the SH skull that you find more accurate?

The skull - not the dome - the skull looks more like the human skull used for the creature. NECA and Hot Toys are inaccurate. I may be wrong - not that familiar with the alien creature. As for the DOME itself, too rounded towards the front and a knock against the Monsterarts figure. Too "bubbly". Still though, I plan to purchase it.

Tamashii Nations has the rights for all the Alien and Predator movies. I asked them when I worked with them at NYCC this past October. I really hope this line does well so we can get more! An Alien Queen by these guys would be amazing!!

I was actually asked back by Bluefin to help them set up for NY Toy Fair! Of course I said yes...I'm really excited! This time I'll actually be handling the figures and posing them in the displays...super excited. I hope there's some new prototypes.

Got my Alien Warrior. Great sculpt and paint. The joints are nice and tight except for the tail joints. The tail needs support to get any good poses out of it. It could have used ratchet joints. The curled over the shoulder look works fine in hunched poses though.

The figure is made from a ton of parts. The head/neck alone is made up of at least 10 pieces.

The egg and chestburster also have nice sculpts and paint.

Really amazing looking figure and fun to pose (mostly, damn tail). I can't wait to get Wolf and Alien '79.

Yeah, it must have been difficult to engineer the tail since the tail from the AVP Alien Warrior is so long/thick. I imagine the Big Chap tail will be easier to maneuver.
