They were always able to fight the Puddy Patrol bare handed, and they weren't juiced up, but would morph for whatever that weeks villain was. So I can only assume they're powered up without it, but when they Morph they must be way way stronger than what was on the show. Unless, the power bleeding into they're normal selves is just to get them to return to the command center and it gets nerfed after they morph, which may indeed be the case.

I always assumed they were just doing regular martial arts on the show when fighting in their street clothes.

Here they're like Luke Cage lol.

Man such a great teaser! A lot of people are comparing it to fant4stic which is stupid cause those teasers were just awful. This looks so good.

Oh please, it's no where near that disaster. It's got it's serious tone, but at least it's not to the level of that fan film a ways back.

I like how Rita said "I've killed Rangers before."

Yeah this wasn't no FF4 trailer.

This one didn't make me cringe lol.

The show was charming children crap programming as was their 95 movie.

This looked like decent drama with good action while looking like it kept the charm of the property, much different as was hoped and expected.

I wonder if Goldar is in this. He should be considering he was the very first monster they fought and was her right hand man.

I think it's a cool new twist to have strength with no suit. My guess is that the suits provide more armor and ability to teleport (are they doing that in this movie?).

Teaser set the tone of viewers experiencing wonder, excitement but also some fear as Rita introduced the concept that they can die. Really digging it though. I'm ready for full trailer now!

that was awesome, I see why people were saying it felt like the breakfast club. My only grip is the cinematography, I was hoping it'd be a bit more colorful than project almanac (same director) but this seems to look pretty much on point with that film, but the characters seem to pretty great. I'm hoping all this is from the first act and they get to the command center about 25 minutes into the movie and they don't spend half the movie testing out there new strength.

I liked the Harry Knowles anti-head-but.

I don't know anything about this franchise but I thought that looked okay for kids show reboot thingy.

I know I'm assuming a lot, but if this does what Lionsgate hopes, I'm really excited about the possibilities of this franchise.

I'm really happy for us Power Rangers fans, who have been loyal for all of these years. I hope the final product delivers.

I think the Zords are what will push this movie to 'success story' or 'fail story'. And I HOPE they don't pull a Godzilla and give us minimal Zord screen time. I'm hoping for 10 minutes (at least) - which I think is quite a bit.

I won an autographed Power Rangers poster from Lionsgate a few months back. I think there was maybe a few hundred entries.

I just found they're running a similar contest as of this morning - already more than 2,000 and the contest just started. :lol It's nuts how the hype grows. Love it.

I imagine a big Monster/Megazord fight at the end. I wonder if the Power Blaster will make an appearance in this series.
