Agree 100% - I think if anything though, they may scrap the 'Ms'. Not saying I agree, but I think they would - or they may pull a Michael Bay and stylize it enough, so it doesn't make such a bold statement.

Well it doesn't need to have the M's per say, but just give it a big shoulder look with something that has a similar color scheme. I imagine the power sword is going to be heavily stylized. Which is fine since the original was just a straight forward broadsword.

I'm most excited about Tyrannosaurus and Mastodon - obviously, I love them all, but those two got me the most hyped from the posters.

Yeah, it was my all time favorite.

Yeah, it was my all time favorite.

I think for me it would T-Rex in first, Dragonzord second, and Red Dragon in third - and I think it's because of the summoning sequences. Seeing the camera rise up from the ground to the T-Rex head, Dragonzord from the water and Red Dragon from the night sky (and in the ending credits on the setting sun). Excellent choice though on Red. I might argue that the Thunder Megazord was my fav Megazord overall, but I think I still give the nod to the original.

Plus I can def appreciate your choice because you basically have your own 2-in-1 with the Red Dragon Zord in battle mode.

Hyped so much so that I ALMOST made an account over at RangerBoard. Been lurking so long there that I feel like a member, but never made an account. So you guys are getting the full brunt of my excitement.

The one thing that they keep bringing up on RangerBoard is the critique of super-strength without suits. Which I totally get. Not the way we know things, BUT...on the flip side, we don't know what kind of power they retain without their 'coins.'

It doesn't bother me much as-is, but if they keep thire power regardless of the coin being on them, it does take a threat element away. I think a great part of the show was their vulnerability with their powers/suit - Rita tried to exploit that a few times.

My thoughts are pretty scattered today. I'll admit.

Literally, a minute later, another thought....and another post.

I almost went on a multi post rant again a few posts ago and refrained seeing the rants I've been on. I'm showing control here.

Haven't been this excited for a movie in a while.

We could rename this thread: "Chap's Power Rangers". It sounds good.

we have about 6 months to go, I'm sure we'll be seeing plenty in the next few trailers. I imagine they'll go with full ranger action in the next trailer and tease the zords and probably give us the full zords reveal in the final trailer, maybe show the megazord.

That sig is awesome, I was hoping for a bit more color in the film but this none the less looks awesome.
