Yeah, funny how a show called The Sarah Connor Chronicles would focus on Sarah Connor. What were they thinking?

Yeah a show about a mother's overprotective maternal love for her son. Should have called it "Growing Up Connor" :lol

Im hoping that sci-fi picks it up as well. I think it has a pretty good fan base, just got lost on a really s ucky time slot. I thought it was a great season ender and would love to see it continue but we will have to wait and see what happens. heres to hoping. :duff

what were they thinking making terminator into a tv show in the first place :dunno nver seen SCC and never will for fear of ruining my thoughts of the movies. its not canon so therefore it makes no sense IMO

I think T3 should have ruined your thoughts of the movies. Because of T3 I'm ubersceptical about T4. TSCC took me completely by surprise by actually respecting the first 2 films and not taking the piss out of them like T3 did. For me TSCC is the only post-T2 canon thusfar. T4 may end up being good but I think its slightly handicapping itself by acknowledging T3.

I didn't think T3 was all that bad. I never watched SCC though. I'm not surprised it was cancelled. Alot of shows, even though they're popular, are being cancelled because they cost too much to produce. Reality and games shows are cheap so we'll see more of those. :(

Well phrased; I could not agree more.

I thought season two had some pacing problems but I will miss the show. Where it worked I thought it worked very well.

Yeah, it has some misses the 2nd season but I think overall it was getting better and a fun show to watch. Its just funny with so much CRAP on tv today that a show like this can't last.

I have to completely agree. there is sooo much on tv that is just utter crap. It hard to believe that a good show that makes you think and ties family relationships, action and the struggle with saving the world into weekly episodes- and actualy pulls it off is axed. unbelievable. it will probably be replaced with Date my grandmother or some crap like that.

Uh....yeah...people did....I mean, did you read the thread at all?

And no, it wasnt cheesy....but it did get a tad lame at parts.

I thought the show was great.
got off track sometimes yes but it was cool to see some endos, T-1000 effects and camerons make up on the season finnaly was amazing.
her battle damage face looked awsome.

we need more shows like this that relate to great movies.
NO more dam realty shows, CSI, lost etc......

I hope the continue the story.

When did those two shows become reality shows? Somebody better inform the writers ... and the authorities! :horror :p

Sorry to see it go, if it has, but it ended on a high note. " The final Voyage of the Jimmy Carter" was a real good one and I really liked the John Henry storyline. That's the thing TV is good at, that you really don't have the time for in movies.

--------

I'm shocked that nobody in either thread has mentioned that John finally got to penetrate Cameron in the finale, a very charged scene. :naughty "It's cold."

True that. The bikini bit from the other episode was much talked about at the time but this was altogether more provocative and I don't think anyone mentioned it! The whole cancellation thing diverted attention methinks.

Yeah, if not for the cancelation thing this would have been talked about more. It was an interesting scene thats for sure... I wasn't quite sure what the heck she was getting at.

My wife and I both thought the show was just turning around also. For awhile there, it was getting stale, but they managed to kill off all 'side' characters in a matter of 3 episodes. :lol I was a bit confused by the last episode with the Cameron and John Henry getting lost in time thing. We have this theory that Cameron was sent to kill John Henry so that he wouldn't be able to start the group of "good" terminators in the future.

Just in case TSCC gets canceled, I'm sure that we'll see comic adaptations to continue where the series left off. The reason I say that, is because I remember that Angel and Firefly continued with comics after their cancellations.

If TSCC does go away, it's not going away silently.

John was worried her power core was damaged and the radiation gave Sarah cancer. Cameron had him cut her open and feel around for the core. When she said "Good" to John's statement that it was "cold", she meant the battery was intact and not leaking. If it were, it'd be overheating.

But of course, they played it up differently. :naughty
