Even though this is being advertised as a PF, I bet SS is going to price it in the LSF range. Heck it was displayed with all of them at the con.

Im betting $1000-$1600 range.

My guess is still $1200 and I think that was the consensus coming out of comic-con.

if this is over 1000 it will be the most expensive PF SS made to date...the SS Predator was 999...MY bet it's at least 1000 minimum...If it's Open Edition it will be the the 1000/low 1000's but if it is L/E say 500 this will be IMHO no doubt 1500 to 2000...I personally hope it's just 1000 and OE...for financial reasons of course

I will sell my 1:1 Wolf Predator Bust to get this one...most definetely...My prediction(if we were playing the Price is Right) is 1200 to 1300...that's my best guess...hopefully with ES of 1000 or less with that price

SS doesn't pay royalties on this like Neytiri (Legacy Effects)

depends how you define a pf I guess. The SS Pred was a SWS collaboration as well. This being an in house piece should make the price reasonable. Anything more then the Reaper LSF prolly means I'm out.

I really hope they do away with he painted glow thing. You know the factory won't be able to reproduce anything close to the proto. It will just end up looking like really bad paint spatter.

It will also save me the trouble of having to get it repainted properly. I wish they would just add a light up base and be done with it.

They added the light up feature to Neytiri after it went up for PO, don't see why they can't do the same with this.

Painted glow thing seems to be the in-thing lately. Look at the Vader Mythos maquette. Between this and that, we'll know soon enough how well SS' factories can reproduce this "painted glow thing" effect.

Here's to hoping they don't botch it big time, or that glow thing will be of pitchforks and torches heading to Sideshow's HQ!

I think that part will come out just fine. It's a really nice effect IMO. IMO if you can afford it this is a must have.

This is an easy repaint too if any problems arise...blacks, grays, silver are easy...even yellow,orange,reds(Fire/lava) too...at least easy for me anyway...This will be a grail for some...I would still love it if Gil-Galads shield/body/spear,etc was the exclusive,if there is an Excl...Gil-Galad died horribly...there wasnt much left after Sauron got him
