I didn't get Zira until I was in my mid 30s. Life is so unfair sometimes. That's why I'm all ape now.

I finished Malia! I clothed her when I first finished the sculpt, in some screwed up hasbro Zira clothes from a botched project I did earlier in the year, and I'm only posting this to show the sculpt (NOT the clothes) so that I don't have to retake pics in better lighting.

Now HERE's Malia in the clothes I am using. I used the dress from a Kate Ericson figure (Time Line), Hasbro gorilla boots (I went with this over sculpted shoes because A. I think it fits the outfit better and B. it was easier :)), and a hooded cape, all redyed. The cape idea came from the "grieving widow" from Planet.

Fantastic job Michael! I bet you could soak the forearms in a black dye solution to get a more proper color or maybe just hair them up with apoxy and paint them black! I would do both because of the wrist joints!

Hmm... this gorilla sculpt (formerly the "peasant gorilla") looks rather snazzy in a conquest jumpsuit. I may have to fix the hair a bit, though.. and do up the hands, of course.

It crossed my mind to paint them up black, at least. I may do just that. Thanks for the suggestion!

And my Escape Cornelius. I have to change the shirt and add a tie.
He's not really accurate but I like him anyway.

Are you selling those Kfog?

Pierre they look awesome. Escape Cornelius is a stand out.

Hi Jess! Yes, I just need to try to match the feet on the boy to a closer color of the body and I think that I should redo the loin cloth on the adult with a thick thread and remove the velcro!
