Sticks I am crazy busy. At least I have finished all the airplane wings. And a pair of clouds including hats for the clouds. Yay. Seven stars were nicked from the act, but that upped the flower total to 13. 
Someday, I will be the proud owner of a gorilla backpack. I purchased the materials yesterday. Creating the bandolier really helped me overcome the leather trim hurdle to the backpack. I didn't realize it could be so easy. Now why weren't these fabrics available when I was making the gorilla bandolier? It would just be so awesome to have a backpack that looks like it came from the Planet of the Apes. I've GOT to have one. Still doing mental gymnastics about how I will accomplish it, but it will be done.

Nice colors Jessica, I really like the plum color. The backpack should be a breeze for you. With your skills you could easily camouflage a regular backpack to look like it just came off the Set.
Which reminds me, Angel how many backpacks did you make? Did you outfit your entire army with them?

I traded an outfit with another customizer for a pair of his salt and pepper shakers. I took the photo a day before Wondercon, which is why my nail polish is black.

Some of the ebay shops have a bargain every now and again, I got him for less than that, keep an eye out.
Loontentoys on ebay have him for 99$ at the moment. Sorry for tempting you even further.!

Do you mind a brown faced gorilla or do you need a black faced gorilla? Also do you need his gun. The gun may take a little time as I have no idea where I stored all the accessories. I wish I kept them together but I didn't.

As luck would have it, the first one I grabbed from the very buried box was a brown face. I'm sure you can fix him up nicely if his face color is an issue. I'll be dropping him off soon.

Are you serious, Sticks? I thought you were just kidding. I would love to put my signature on the magazine. You won't be able to read my signature though, because even I can't. But no one could forge it either, not in a million years.
I asked my girlfriend if I could ape her out for the next Wondercon with a pullover or I could glue down the appliances on her. She would be perfect because she's five feet tall, but she refused. I'm so bummed out. She wouldn't even have to wear the whole outfit...just the pullover...but she's not into that.
Does anybody have an extra scroll and Lawgiver that came with the SS Dr. Zaius figure? that they don't want anymore or want to sell? One of my friends lent his to have a mold and casts made of them over two years ago, but the person he gave them to disappeared into the Forbidden Zone. He's given up hope of ever getting them back.

Sticks - I rented The Invisible Man disc from Netflix. It's actually a 2-disc set and for some reason they only offer one of them to rent. I really wanted to see the other 4 movies on the other disc and I've been selling things on eBay for a little spending money. I had to buy The Invisible Man, there are 5 "invisible" movies on it. The original (1933) version was awesome! I watched it with my 2 youngest (teenagers) and they also enjoyed it. My kids often have a hard time watching older movies (especially black and white ones.) We all enjoyed it...

Actually, I believe Dr. Zaius came with 4 different types of scrolls and the small Lawgiver statue. I was selling all my extras on eBay. Have your friend contract me if he's really interested, and if PZ can't find his. I have one set left that I never sold.

Angel, I received the magazine yesterday. Nice acid free paper, great quality. I really like the artwork, and the way it ends.
Jessica, they did a very nice job with your article. It's time to invest in a better camera so your shots won't be pixilated when enlarged. I love the shot of you in the grocery store sorting through your fruits and vegetables.
This book is #14 (I think, I already wrapped it up with some of my other Ape reading material.
) I still want to send it to you to sign. 
but for now it's stored safely away. Angel hopefully your gorilla arrives today.
