Hey Angel, what colors do you use for the orangutan faces?

Angel what colors did you use for the hair?

Kfog wanted to know as well guys. I'll dig my paints out of the garage and let you know really soon. I'm getting ready to go out now and buy new eyeglasses. Mine snapped in half last night and I can't see to good without them. Everything is very blurry.

I might be selling a few more figures after all... another unexpected expense.

Here are a few more Planet of the Apes items that I'm selling from my collection. If interested, please let me know.

I'm hoping to get at least $50 for the custom made gorilla wearing the backpack. (1 available)

I'm hoping to get at least $50 for the Julius head sculpt. (1 available) Custom made head sculpted by Jessica.

I'm hoping to get at least $50 for the Dr. Maximus head sculpt. (1 available) Custom made head sculpted by Jessica.

If interested in any of the other items shown, just make me a reasonable offer. Also please keep in mind that you will be paying for the cost of shipping for any of the items that you want. Please remember to factor that in. Write me at [email protected] if interested.

Thanks,

~Mark~

Here's another custom made head by Jessica that I painted. I'll sent you the gorilla glyph pictured as well so you can put that on his chest.

Here are some misc items you may want for your collection. Please make me an offer if interested. [I actually have three (3) pairs of the green chimp shoes available if that matters.]

The words "EBAY" are not actually on these photos. Thought you should know that.

Ironman, Jessica and KFog - I haven't forgotten about your requests for the paints used on the Dr. Maximus and Julius. I still have to dig that out of storage. Hang in there gang, it's coming.

What a week.
Forgive me if I'm slow getting back to anyone.
My computer is down, and so is my son's [whose I was using] so I'm down to only my wife's , when its working.
To make it worse, doc says I tore some muscle in my lower back and movement is minimal for me right now. Of course, that means no work = no pay. :gah:

If you don't mind my saying so, it sounds like the Ironman is a bit rusty;seriously, take it easy and mend...PS

Just got home from work.

Dr. Maximus and the 4 pairs of Sideshow shoes have been SOLD. Sorry to those who asked to late. First come first served, I really appreciate the interest.

Also SOLD is the painted head sculpt of Julius with his glyph.

The remaining items will be going on eBay tomorrow if not sold between now and then.

Here are the remaining items that still need a home... please let me know if interested.

Wednesday at 10 pm on Syfy - Hollywood Treasures shows a POTA Lawgiver statue that was found being auctioned off.

Finally saw that Hollywood Treasures episode. Wow, what a collection that Ed Boggin has!

He owns one of the original LAWGIVER statues... the one that actually belonged to Arthur P. Jacobs himself!!! :thud::thud::thud:

Looked like he had a complete outfit of all three different ape variations: Orangutan, Chimpanzee and Gorilla. VERY impressive. :thud: :thud: :thud:

Now all he needs to do is have those costumes mounted on a fully haired up Apemania mannequin! :exactly: :exactly: :exactly:

Ironman--thank you for those resin and vinyl heads, got them in the mail today. Where did you get the resin heads, in particular the BB samurai? did someone doctor it?

i have got to get back to my beloved apes. i'm sculpting the joker right now and i'm hating him...hating the project. my heart is just so not in it, but i need to finish him and just get him off my plate.

You are most welcome Jess.
I've had those Samurai heads for a long while. Paid for them and just never got into the whole mood to move forward with them. I look forward to seeing what you can turn them into.
I anxiously await your return to simian sculpting. I am really hoping you'll try your hand at 1:6 versions of Urko and Zako as well as so many others.

Why can't life be easy? sigh. I am carrying such a burden. Why can't I just play with my toys?
