Sears catalogs - A trip down memory lane

Yeah, I remember that 1971 and 1975 catalog. That AT set with the mummy's tomb was what most of us were talking about. I never got it but it was great to look at at the old TRU and Sears displays...

Once Christmas my dad got me this huge Rambo action figure set that had eight figures and a large tower playset. I remember that the figures had tons of weapons and some were spring loaded (that was new at the time); Great memories.

These bring up a lot of memories, I think JC Penny also had a killer Christmas toy catalog.

good memories... there was one kid in our neighborhood that was an only child and his dad was a judge I think. anyway... his parents bought him EVERY new toy that came out. ..needless to say..he was very popular and we would all hang out at his house to play with all the toys our parents wouldn't buy us..
