Yeah, I remember that 1971 and 1975 catalog. That AT set with the mummy's tomb was what most of us were talking about. I never got it but it was great to look at at the old TRU and Sears displays...
 
I wouldnt want to be a kid growing up today.

Once Christmas my dad got me this huge Rambo action figure set that had eight figures and a large tower playset. I remember that the figures had tons of weapons and some were spring loaded (that was new at the time); Great memories. :angelsmil
 
good memories... there was one kid in our neighborhood that was an only child and his dad was a judge I think. anyway... his parents bought him EVERY new toy that came out.:google ..needless to say..he was very popular and we would all hang out at his house to play with all the toys our parents wouldn't buy us..:lol
 
That was awesome. I swear I could smell the fresh new pages from those old catalogs - know what I mean?
