Calm down man. In theory, I agree with what you are saying, but from what I have heard, this is a good seller and not a scam artist. Besides, I am sick of buyers acting like they are being taken advantage of. No one is forcing anyone to bid on this. If they are that impatient and not educated enough about the product to know it won't be coming in 30 days, I really have no sympathy for them. Ebay and scammers have been around long enough for buyers to be able to avoid things like this.

I was just pointing out that it's weird. Has nothing to do with the seller, my interest in purchasing the item (which I have none) or anything else. Not sure why everyone started defending this particular seller or ANY seller for that matter. Just to me.. (keyword: ME) it doesn't seem right to offer something up for sale that isn't going to be on the market for awhile. I mean.. it'd be different if it were up for pre-sale but there's no mention of this sale being a "PRE-SALE". So that seemed weird to me. That's all.

That is fine. I just don't think in this case it is a problem since the seller is apparently reputable. This happens all the time. I personally would never preorder or presale something on ebay, but I have no problems with those that do.

This figure was JUST announced, right? There's no official listing for it on HT's site either.. just a photo in the news section AND that photo is a PROTOTYPE.. yet someone is already "selling" it!? Must be nice to do "business" like that in crazy land. smh..

You were implying the seller was doing business in "crazy land" and by starting a new thread were looking for support. Or else you would have just posted in the existing thread. Once it was foretold that this was a good seller suddenly backpeddling is occurring. Nowhere in your original post does it say its weird to you or that you were asking a question.

A thread title of 'Seriously... WTF!?' comes across as a little more judgemental than just 'seeming it was wierd' (which incidentally is not mentioned in your original post) and people having dealt with the seller are free to defend him/her if they wish.
