Bane should have been played by The Mountain Gregor Clegane.

He should not have been established as some kind of mastermind, just a scary henchman who only speaks when necessary. Some other villain should have been doing the big speeches at the stadium, etc.

Anyway, who is Shang-Chi again? Is he a mix of Iron Fist and Dr Strange?

In the comics he was the "master of kung fu" and he was a non-powered human with no magic, bu because he was so good at kung fu it was considered a super power. I never read his comic though and only know him via the Marvel Team Up comics, which was 70s and 80s. They've probably changed him since then.

When will this release on D+? November/December?

I read the Disney CEO said it will get a 45 day theater release, as opposed to the pre-covid industry standard 90 day. So released on D+ about mid October, if that holds true.
