Here's mine for the time being until I fall in favor with another piece:

Everytime I stare at this, it feeds my soul. I love the detailing on the bike and the ultra-cool pose of this Biker Scout.

IMO, this is an underated statue. I really like it alot. He is just cool. There's also some guy selling a custom base for this guy.

does it usually come with that standard base below?

yeah but that standard base does not fit the scene or any scene at all. The casted base can be customized in order to look like a forest scene or what not.

Its one of the few things that I have that i have never put back in the box and put away for awhile. This and the Master Replicas Sauron Ring.

My real Holy Grail would be a room just for my collectibles, but in terms of resin:

The full size edition (of course) without the notorious cracked ankles (worn out, I guess from holding up that chest...:monkey5)

"Of my existing collection, this is my grail. Though this photo is not mine, mine looks exactly like the one in the picture because it was not mass-produced:"

:monkey5 :monkey5 :monkey5 who made that bruce??? I'm thinking of getting the next 12" one thats suppose to be released this month.

Hrm I dont have a pic of mine anywhere, but my grail piece is:

Yes its even more grail like than the Stone Trolls. Its Gandalf and the Balrog. In low relief artistry form. Nuff said.
And also because I got it in NZ on my LOTR tour thing..for like retail. That was kinda sweet.

My Holy Grail is my girlfriend :)

But if we're talking about toys - this is mine:
1978_Alien.jpg

It's a 1978 Alien. It is in MINT condition - with all of it's parts - original dome, center rear spike, perfect glow-in-the-dark skull paint, working jaw mechanism, and original and tight joint ligaments. I also have the original box stored flat in my closet. The smaller figure is the Kenner figure from the mid 90s.

But it will soon be eclipsed by my TRUE Holy Grail. You will hear about it in the press when I'm finished with it and it is released in about a year from now. :)

I love this too, and very nice case! I heard there is also a black and white poster that came with this. Can you confirm?

Thanks! And I've heard about the insert poster, too. But mine didn't have it - just a little insert with instructions. I didn't know about the poster when I bought it. So maybe the previous owner kept it - or it never had one.

The rumor I heard is that it's a repro of the "In Space - No One Can Hear You Scream" poster.

But I can't confirm for you.

I've seen pictures of the poster on eBay in the past. Nothing to exciting, but oneday I really hope to have that Alien. Its not a holy grail for me... but its at least sanctified :monkey3

Was it a mini reproduction of the movie poster? Coolest poster ever - btw.

I remember seeing the movie poster when I was little - before I saw the movie - and it terrified me even though all it shows is the egg cracking. And the trailer that uses the same concept was just psychologically jarring.

They don't make trailers like that anymore. Simple, but so effective.
