I have "Ras" (fake Ras, it was part of a 3 pack), but he sucks. I left him in the box, and there he shall remain.

Should be getting Kubrick Bank Robber Joker and BTAS Batman and then I'll be caught up with Kubricks.

I'm not that happy with the body / suit, shoulders look too broad than Morgan Freeman's.

Some pictures of my Custom BR Joker - head is a modified Cop Joker, done by Dean Tolliver (CREG Customs):

Still need to get rid of the snap on the collar and glue it down, for a cleaner look (MRM's mod).

Finally, added a belt and tie to my Custom TDK Scarecrow (made by Seb).

I must say, I've been really AMAZED at all the custom work I've been seeing lately. It's not like it's new, just that maybe since my hunt for figures (besides maybe a Scarecrow) has come to an end and I'm taking notice of all the mods. Outstanding work all, just super impressive and the shots you guys are taking are crazy good, CONGRATS!

Is there anywhere or anyone that is still doing custom Joker heads by chance?

Just a thought: might you vary the poses a bit? They all have a kind of zombie look right now. Other than the DX looking to the right, there's not much going on.
