Just curious because my dog had the same problem and even in pain he'd try and get to it. This was a few days after the surgery. Like two days in.

Hopefully it doesn't happen again. My dog had problems with it's disc twice.

I hope he heals quickly and without pain(for him and you). Having gone through a veterinary crisis or 2 myself, I understand where you're coming from.When we lost my boy Bob, we were a mess(my wife still is, after 4 years). Not much we wouldn't have given to save him, but sometimes...Can he move the back end yet?You WILL keep us all informed on his progress, and spoil him relentlessly on all our behalf(right, gang?)...PS

Dam hes been in the wars, but he seems a tough little pooch, lots of TLC and he will be back, keep us updated wofford.

Going to visit again today around 1. Still no signs of movement in the rear but 2 days post op that's not surprising. He's still having a little problem with vomiting. Not sure what's going on there. I would think the anesthesia would be out of the system by now so that's the only concern I've got at the moment.

Thanks ladies. Ween, he wasn't acting normal for about a day; meaning he wasn't jumping up on furniture, but he wasn't acting any differently outside of that. The following day he just screamed out in pain and couldn't sit and the day after that he was paralyzed.

As for the update. He wiggled a toe today.
