It's gorgeous but it's fragile too.

I sold mine to raise funds for a 1:1 endo and I'm quite sure this is not considered necro posting :)

Its a beautiful piece and you took some great shots

You did the right choice...bigger is better :rock

Here is the listing:

It was in another thread because he stuffed up the price and forgot to add a coma between the [1,700] so that got a few people yammering. Not much in the way of photos but if it's never been out of it's box there shouldn't be any damage.
I'm just thinking that $1700 in anyone's language is a lot for a 1:4 PF when $2000 get's you 1:2 from Sideshow directly.
Then on the flip side it's already in Australia where I live and shipping would be expensive from anywhere in the world especially if it's anything like shipping The Mummy PF.

Never been out of the box does not mean no damage. It could have shippng damage. Best to get pics cos if it's damaged you're out of luck.

Get the 1:2 if it's only $300 more. Bigger = better sculpt.

Would love to see a side by side comparison of the 1:4 and 1:2 together.
Yes you are right about the no damage even if it is inside the box.
Also the 1:2 is still available form Sideshow even on Flexpay. WOuld love a 1:1 but room would be a factor.

Congrats on your new score bro. Thought I would post a SIDE BY SIDE comparison of the SS 1/4 scale next to CM 1/3 scale for those interested to see the comparison:

Heres mine. I always liked how this pic came out:

Haven't got the 1:1 in yet. clearing a space 4 it is a nightmare :banghead

Really liking the CM version one over the SS. CM isn't shipping overseas and there is a waitlist in anycase. Any thoughts on how I would be able to get my hands on one? I'm in Australia so anyone local would be even better.

Sorry to necro post but is 1K still pretty much the going rate for the 1/4 Endo. eBay has one up right now for $1700 aus which seems quite excessive but that also seems to be in line with Capt America PF pricing. Any thoughts?

I did think about the CM version but swinging to the SS 1:2 for the loungeroom.

Gratz man! I love mine too. So glad I got it, and for me it was worth the extra money they are going for, because I just needed to complete my little terminator collection and it looks great having the Arnold PF there too. If you're a fan of terminator, this is a great piece.

Here are my pics.

Just curious what you made the bases out of for the Endo skull and skeleton.
I’m waiting on an endoskeleton I won on ebay and want to put the same display in my case.
Thanks

ps. You have a awesome T-2 collection.

I'm a bad man for digging deeeeep to find this thread, but eh, f___ it :naughty

Just got this piece and wanted to share my joy.

Bought it off a boardie here. Came yesterday and I'm quite thrilled to have it. Thing is just badass. Joints were a little loose when I set him up and when I went to pose the gun in hand, the arm just kept going back down ever so slowly. Then I realized that each joint was just a philips head bolt and nut. Simple tightening. Done and done. Holds every pose now. Just gotta tweak each finger a little bit and were good to go.

Here are some terrible pics.

So happy to have scored this :yess:

nice pickup. how much did u pay out of curiosity? thanks for the info about the arm falling thing, i never thought to tighten those screws but i will now.

Yeah it's a vast improvement. I always read about people having loose limbs and joints and was cautious about purchasing this piece because of it...guess they never bothered to investigate that it's a simple fix. Just make sure you have the right size tools for the job, don't want to strip anything here. :wink1:
