At least we're getting that so far. Hope next week to start seeing pictures through Sideshow. At least something that shows what the production figure looks like relative to the proto they had on display at shows.

Judging from that instruction sheet, looks like they didn't fix Threepio's face. That's really a shame, it looks so good otherwise.

Threepio has a dent in his head in ANH. I'm not sure at what point he gets it exactly, may have been the Tusken Raider encounter, but you can see it clearly in scenes like the holochess match.

And speaking of the stand, it's a mystery what it'll look like. Plain black or sand coloured?

In the video Sideshow did showcasing this figure he seems to be on one of the standard black hexagonal stands. I'd prefer a Tatooine sand looking base instead personally but I guess whatever. Maybe I'll try to pick up a spare Hot Toys Sandtrooper base.

Thanks. That seems to be the only scene he has it in. That dent is really putting me off getting this.
