It should be around 11" tall at most if the full height with base (but without antennas) is 18" - based on scale measurement using the newest photo on SSC. It may only be 10.5 (body to feet) if the antennas are included in the 18" spec. If the spec were without the base, this thing would be extremely out of scale with SSC's other SW releases.

Looking at it in context like in the SDCC diorama, it seems very impressive and has a lot of presence. Suddenly $250 doesn't seem SO bad.

A clear rod seems like such a no-brainer!

Correct...with base and fully raised Antennae....the Imperial Probe Droid measures at 18 inches in height.

the figure itself looks to be about 8 " tall and about 5" diameter I wonder if that's the way im seeing it right

my bad I was looking at compaired to vader lol. I looked down and it's the same height as Han. that thing is massive. Once I get my main figures I just don't have space for that thing unless I hang it from the ceiling.

Alex, could you find out if making the support pole clear is a possibility? It would definitely give it a better floating effect than the black one.

I don't see why they'd be more than $175.

$200? The idea that they'd only be $50 cheaper than the probe droid seems fairly ludicrous.

hoping they have an edition size along with the PO on thursday. I really want this but would rather wait and buy it later. I can be pateint for this piece while I get other sought after items.

Did anyone notice that they updated the probe droid sound? Looks like it makes the classic probe droid sound, now.....as hoped.

The only way the sounds or lights are useful are if they where remote controlled, then I wouldn't have to open all my damn cabinets

No lights & sound with super duper action punch gimmicks for me. It's nice for about one week then.... meh.
