Thanks guys. That was laid out on my Kitchen table and quickly taken back to my display room before the missus found it there! Ha ha ha. I really like the Snowtrooper commander too. The solid face plate looks really cool.

The trooper commander needs a much longer coat but the one he has on is all I could find on ebay. It's a WW2 winter overcoat. I'm just trying to source the acrylic rod now and I'll be happy.

I bought this the week they started shipping. It's been sitting in my basement until last night. I debated keeping it or selling it on-line, but then i saw all of the comments on how well this model was made and of course the price tag going for it. Had to be a keeper.

I opened it and finally displayed it. It's going to my office today and although I would love to use the extra cash to buy some more figures, it wouldn't be worth selling it for something else. This is truly an impressive piece and a perfect symbol of what is arguably the best film of the OT.

It's a great piece alright and displays really well on its own too. Good decision to keep it and not sell.

I put a new shelf in the office. Ready for more figures. Who needs books?

Haha. I think you guys are standing on the planet differently than I am, from another part of the globe.

I posted these using my iPhone 6S with the full site access. I wonder why it's posting these sideways?

Weird! I have to adjust my photos 360 degrees and reset them to post properly.

It doesn't matter which way is up, the probe droid looks awesome anyway. :)

I regret not picking this one up... :monkey2

My reasoning back then was that I wasn't going to get either Hoth Han to display alongside it but this one has the presence to display solo...

Perhaps I can set up a diorama showing a snowy scene and crumbled charcoal and say its the Imperial Probe Droid after the self-destruct...

That is so bizarre. I feel a little bad for SS to be resorting to re-releases.

I have the original and it's a fantastic piece. Glad a new group of people will get to enjoy it!

I missed out on the original release so most likely will be picking up this one, but that bare-bones base/stand is ugly. Looks like a cut-up racquetball...
