Yup. Me too. Gotta help the kids.
If companies could just charge an extra bit on top of what the actual shipping charges are, without any consequence, they'd be fools not to all be doing it. I'm sure SSC literally has to account for shipping to someone. Honestly, it's amazing some of the people coming up with this stuff are able to hold jobs and make enough to be in the hobby in the first place.Yeah, I'm sure it's unheard of.
And then when something gets damaged and they have to pay shipping twice ?Well if that's the case. Sideshow should rethink their box layout. There's a lot of dead space in there.

Not sure what's going on with shipping, but I find it very difficult to believe SSC is attempting to "claw back" cash b/c they priced R2 too low. The theories in this hobby are so ridulous.

It would be so much cheaper if they just shipped it without a box. Damn sideshow trying to rip us again.
That's not really my point. If Vader can be laid out in a wrap around box with all those accessories including a large light up base and still be shipped for less money, maybe the R2 box isn't the best design. My initial point about clawing back money was sarcasm, but I guess that was lost on the superior intellect of some of the posters on this board.
