I think I'm gonna spray the dome with a Alclad paint. The silver pigment looks kinda big. And I hope to removed the seam in the process.

It's honestly baffling that they couldn't make this without seams around the dome. Hot Toys wouldn't do that... We'll see when they eventually make the droids. Nonetheless, I'm excited for Artoo.

Yeah, I don't get the flak this R2 is getting. I think it started with Budget Stark's video comment about it not looking HT quality - which he never elaborated on.

That dome seam is very faint. People gush over the Taito R2, and it's got Happy Meal seams on the dome.
