OK...so I can't figure out how his lights work? Anyone with him yet have any insight? Sometimes his white check cone light comes on...sometimes it doesn't...and is the cone on the top and the cone on the back of the head supposed to light up?

Ok, right after I typed that reply, R2 rolled into my office here in beautiful San Fernando CA

First impression? I'm in love with the little guy!

Wow thanks for the pic and update Reefer Shark! I'm in CA also but ordered from Alter Ego...so hope it comes in soon!

I just got mine and the disk on the top of the dome is broken off, at first I was trying to figure out how it attaches and then saw that there is a small hinge in the hole that it is supposed to be attached to. I hope it doesn't take too long to get a replacement.

Awesome! Congrats!!! I wanna play too!

This little guy is rollin' in fast... lot of pics coming tonight.

Sorry to hear about the brokern one.

And no, the projector lamp on the back and top of the head do not light up.

Random like a fox.

They're *supposed* to cycle between three states activated by touch: OFF, Effects Lights-only, effects lights + projector.

I still want to know what photos Sideshow used when they decided to paint some silver on his blue eye. That's the only thing tha bugs me, but maybe it won't in-hand.

Very nice! And R2 looks great too. :lol Congrats buddy. Really stoked for the arrival of my "little guy"

It is odd to add weathering, especially weathering that is that intentional, where there should be none. TBH, I doubt I would have ever noticed it shouldn't have been there except for the board so I'm not bothered :lol

I will say while the overall weathering looks good for a production figure, it is a little heavy handed and too uniform in it's application. While I don't really plan to mess with this figure, I could see eventually going over it with some paints to make it look a little less uniform.

I'm a total ESB snob so the more weathering the better for me. :monkey3
