That is a constant dilemma. There's so many companies producing so many enticing figures. Sometimes it's a hard fight weighing up the pros and cons. And other times it's really easy. Too easy in fact!

The only thing is whether I'll feel the same way by the time it comes up for release. During which time a mass of other enticing things will have been revealed!

As ever, my argument is that luxuries such as holidays and food are over-rated, so buy toys instead.

Ever since the seam issue was pointed out to me that's all I can focus on when I see pics of this guy. I'll have to be able to get over that before I order this one.

I wish sideshow would let you order more than just one of these. I wanted to get 3 but looks like they are limiting you to only one of these. does anyone know if the retailers for sideshow will be selling R2? because it says its a sideshow exclusive :_-( _ _ _ _ _

You can order multiples of the regular edition. It's only the exclusive that's limited.

The limit of one is for the exclusive. Order one of those and then order as many of the standard as you want

That's killer man, God bless you, but I can't get past it unfortunately. I also can't get past that paint job, it's exactly like the action alarm clock paint job and im asking myself if I can live with it....so far the answer is no. But damn, those accessories are cool...and if it looks like it's wide enough, and not skinny, I just might find the stoke to pull the trigger. My threepio has both the Taito and action alarm clock already.....

the seam doesn't bother me it's a bit trite to figit over something so minor it;s not like exposed wiring or something like that.

It's not hard to make a seamless dome. Therefore, in the context of an otherwise awesome looking figure, I'll quibble about it.
