Got my shipping soon notice just now. Didn't know where I was going to display him, till now. I like the Tusken Raider idea. Glad I got two of them. They'll do, till the Jawas arrive.

Got my notice as well, feels a bit weird as it's the last item on my sc order list right now, though I'm waiting for zuckuss and 4 lom. Not looking forward to adding 30% to the cost right now either with our dollar dropping in Canada, but I've always been a fan of R5, so what can you do.

Just got the 14-day notice. Hopefully I get to see Kuat's first.

No shipping email from SS yet, but my Order History page shows R5-D4 has shipped out of Hong Kong.

Due to arrive Thursday 28th.

Leia was bumped back to March/April. (from Sideshow). Did you order from HK?

Just got an early processing e-mail for R5D4.
They'll be charging him on Friday!

Ditto, a nice little surprise. The only downside is that it'll process and ship on Friday which mean I'll probably have to wait until Monday to actually get him.

I got a notice too saying I could have him charge on the 29th. I'll probably go ahead and do it... although I'm not sure where he'll go in my display

Think I might let mine charge early too. Hopefully it turns out good. I think it'll be okay though as I like my Sideshow R2 enough and this is close to the same. Hopefully the weathering looks good.

You know what's strange? How did R5 never make a comeback in the films. He just had a bad motivator. Should have been fixed up and sold to Jabba just in time for a ROTJ appearance.

If I hadn't ordered two TFA figures this week (and just had Ren charge yesterday) I'd be less on the fence here. Still think i'll keep him. R2 needs a pal.

I always liked R5 for whatever reason too. I think part of it is that I had the Kenner figure and liked it a lot so now I want it for my 1/6th collection. It'll look good with the pair of Jawas I think.

I very reluctantly cancelled. Same with TIE pilot. Something has to give. I'm down to painting shampoo bottle toppers.
